In n out has amazing service, and this one is no exception. They even noticed me waiting and offered to bring out my food to my table! Can’t go wrong with their fresh ingredients either.

My first time at In-N-Out in almost six years and it was delicious. Great service and delicious food. People often complain about the time it takes to get your food but I don’t mind since it’s always so fresh.

Spent $ 8.11 for a double cheeseburger, fries, and a mini shake. The fries had no taste and were cold. I hate cold fries.

Got so pissed at the dude at the counter that was telling me the ‘proper’ way to order my burger. First of all, you should never tell someone that the way they are ordering is wrong, you are in customer service, so deal with it and don’t be a dick. He then proceeded to talk about it when I walked away, trying to make it seem like he was in the right. Wanted to smack the kid across the face, but I just walked away. Luckily the food was good, but seriously!, that little prick made me so mad. Second time, Jocelyn took care of us and was such a doll. Food was great and the experience was really nice. Third time, this girl was getting ready to clock out, but still took my order, and took it wrong.(Just tell your workers to clock out and not take orders). When we went back to discuss the problem, they were like sorry, she is gone. UGH. Just frustrating. Giving them three stars because the meal I was able to eat there was really good, but unfortunate the second time. P. S. Jocelyn was super super nice and trying to help even though I was horribly upset and frustrated and the manager was super apologetic and friendly about the issues the happened on the third visit.

The food is best, but the one of cashier that I met is shit. I was ordering food and he just talking to other stuff. I waited him for like 1min and there was a huge lane after me. He didn’t even look at me. That’s just so disrespectful. I ordered two cheese burger and I only got one.

Very slow service tonight. They were quick to take our order but we sat by the window for 5 minutes before they acknowledged us and took our money. We waited another 5 minutes for our food. Employees were unfriendly and didn’t seem to care about our visit.

I come here a lot, probably more than I would like to admit. It’s just really tasty and convenient. I would recommend the double double with onions. I wish in n out would spread more, especially to Colorado. It’s probably my favorite fast food burger place.

Typical In-N-Out Burger. Lots of parking thanks to being in the El Con Mall area and across from Target. Food is good, and service is quick.

Honestly, I love In-N-Out burger. It’s super cheap, decent quality and the servers/cashiers/cooks/cleaners are always so nice it’s creepy. Can’t beat that! Now, I haven’t been to other In-N-Out burgers in the area, but I imagine they’re all probably the same. Basically, whenever I go to one, it reminds me of growing up in Cali. Look, you can get gourmet burgers from other places for sure, and they’ll probably be bigger, better, and more expensive. But a #1 animal-protein style with unsweetened ice tea was exactly what I needed after a 9 mile hike with Steve L. at Mt. Lemmon. Just do it. Protein style is awesome btws. Doesn’t make the meal so filling/sickening(i.e., get rid of the bun!)

So here I am at yet another in n out location. Same good food, but this one was super busy-no surprise given the location and time of day(Friday, lunch). I wanted to review this location for two reasons: 1. The group ahead of me had multiple children with disabilities and their chaperones. The cashier was extremely accommodating and patient, even though it took about 10 minutes to get it all straight. 2. I ordered a very simple burger. It took about 20 minutes to get it, while all the numbers after mine took about 10 minutes. A young man(Josue? Sorry if I spelled that wrong) offered me a free something(I got a soda) for having to wait. He could not have been nicer. I will totally be back to this location.

Our 2nd try at I & O. Just not a big fan like so many rage about. Sorry but not any better than McDonalds.

Visiting the west coast for work and I have heard about in and out for years and years. Anyways, in and out happened to be like 5 minutes from me so I just HAD to try it. I like how the menu is very simple. Burgers, fries and shakes. I didn’t have a shake, but I had a burger and fries. The burger to me taste like a fresher version of Wendy’s except with special sauce on it. I thought it was very good. But not all oversized like how five guys is. Also the fries are really good. I’m Simone who likes plain French fries. And everything is made hot and fresh. So unlike McDonald’s, you’re not rolling the dice on getting hot fries.

My family decided to give In-N Out one more try and I’m happy that we did. The burgers were cooked perfectly! I love a classic tomato, lettuce and onion burger and they did a great job yesterday. A little too much onion for our taste, but we pulled off enough to customize them! Why only an upgrade to 3 stars? The fries. They weren’t cold and limp, but rather dry and flavorless. At very least, they could salt them when the fries come out of the fryer. If only they could deliver better fries, I would have easily given them 4 stars.

Here’s the truth. I am not a burger snob. As long as it’s a burger made fresh with decent meat, I can be pretty happy. And In N Out makes me veryyy happy. Let’s face it… instead of going to McDonalds you can come here and get a meal for the same price but fresh. Never any problems with customer service always good burgers and their fries are crispy. You hear that, Five Guys? CRISPY. Anyways its good on a day when cooking dinner isn’t a viable option or you just don’t want to spend big bucks at a restaurant.

Awesome burgers! I’m addicted to animal style fries, which is not good for my waistline! Very fast and friendly service. The place is spotless and very well managed. A true favorite no doubt! But maybe just once in a while for me ;)

Good basic Americana meal. All the ingredients are of good quality with the result being a good tasting meal. I have flashbacks when I get a Strawberry shake there. Fries are good and the burger patties are thin but everything is very affordable. Amazing service. I wish I owned a couple of these — they look like money making machines.

(This 5-star review is brought to you and inspired by the 20-minute drive thru line I’m currently making my way through as I type this.) It’s now 11:21PM on a Thursday night, and as I pull up to the drive-thru, I can see easily 12 cars in front of me in line, as well as a packed house with people in line on the inside. There are currently 4 people working by my count, with one on the register on the inside and one working the drive-thru window. Yet, this line is moving rather quickly, despite having a skeleton crew on to manage all the strain. This ALONE is worth a 5-star review. Add(on top of that) super fast and friendly service, fresh, hot food, and quality you can taste(I know, it’s a cheesy plug of their motto, and unnecessary… Deal with it ^_^), and you have what I call the best late-night fast food joint in town, and one hell of a tasty burger. Kudos to you, In-N-Out Burger, for knocking it out of the park once again, as well as curing this desperate man’s late-night hunger pangs. Greasy fingers and unintended secret sauce shirt stains have never been more worth it.
