My Mitsubishi Montero suddenly rode shorter on the front and definitely did not like speed bumps, as I was at Harbor freight and and wanted it looked at quickly I went to integrity auto repairs for the first time (had great experience with the Integrity Diesel in the past). A gentleman by the name of Blue helped me check in and get everything started. Blue kept me informed and let me know that I had broke a strut and took the time to explain everything to me. They quickly fixed my problem and got me back on the road. The service was excellent, I felt like I was checking in with the concierge the way I was treated.

My brakes were grinding, and my AC was not blowing cold. I took my truck to Integrity and asked them to fix both problems. They called back and said the brakes were fine, just a clip came loose and was causing the noise, an easy fix. They said the AC was fine too, did not need service but the AC intake filter was clogged which restricted the airflow. My AC has NEVER worked better!
If you are looking for an honest mechanic, the proof is in the pudding. I told them to do two jobs, and they did neither because they did not need to be done. Are you kidding me? No mechanic does that. I highly recommend them!

No one likes to get hit with an unforeseen car issue– –Tony was super helpful in giving me a fair quote, and giving me the space and time to compare prices with the dealership. His professionalism and competitive pricing made it a no brainer. He got me in immediately, and within ½ hour called me to inform me of the problem, the solution, and ALL COSTS from labor, to parts, to tax. Barb shuttled my kids and I and it was a very positive experience! Best part was, my issue was fixed and car returned within 3 hours! Efficient, friendly, awesome experience! I highly recommend integrity automotive to anyone in need of fast, reliable, amazing car service! They turned a bad situation into a good day!

It’s always nice when you walk into a business and they remember not just you but greet you by name. My husband comes from a family of ‘car guys’ and is very confident with Integrity and the service/​price for various things. We have been going there since we moved to Tucson and would highly recommend them. They offer pickups if needed and will call you when the car is done if you want. Great employee’s/friendly atmosphere and a clean shop too,

We have used this company for our work vehicles as well as several of my friends have used them (upon my referral) and we are very happy with the level of service received and they are fair priced.
They give you an estimate up front and stick to it. What I also appreciate is they tell you that «you may want to keep an eye on _​_​_​_​» or «the next time you probably should change _​_​_​_​_​» but don’t pressure you to have it done immediately.
When they tell you a time your vehicle will be ready, it is. If they are going to need more time, they call you in advance.

Went to have my car realigned. They told me I needed new ball joints and to do that they needed to change out the entire control arm (which they don’t) and then they tried to charge me $ 580. I called around and was quoted $ 340 for the same job. I ended up fixing the car myself for $ 120.

terrible tried to charge me $ 300 for a hundred dollar job
In response to the owners comments;
Actually I was in AZ when I wrote the review I was just in MO when I actually added it to the site. You see I travel all over the country with my job. I got the same job done for $ 103.35 at a place in NM. When I said $ 300 that was for labor. That’s not counting that they charged me $ 100 over the actual price of the part from any part store. I know how to work on my vehicle, I was just in a hurry and needed it done quickly. So me thinks I’ll keep the review up, thanks. Can’t help your guys didn’t put it in the system. Oh and they tried to MAKE!!! me do a $ 100 diagnostic test when I knew what was wrong I just wanted them to put a new part on. I told them I didn’t want a test, just swap the part and they still tried to bill me for it on the estimate. So I just left.
