The person answering the phone was a bit snappy and unfriendly, but they were the only towing company we could find late on a Sunday night. After the experience on the phone we were a bit leery, but the driver turned our original opinion around. The driver came way out into the desert to pick us up, was very careful with our truck, and was friendly and polite. My favorite part — they were honest with the pricing and stuck to the original quoted price over the phone with no hidden fees.

Right on time, right on price. I called for an appointment to have them meet me at home after work and they were there 5 min early. Darrell was friendly and careful with my VW.
