Let me start with the following disclaimer: I am a UA student and have come here several times. The food: The food is decent, at best. The wraps are a bit average. They used to have good gyros but that really just depends on when you order. Sometimes the meat is nice and tender but other times you’re eating rubber. The salads are definitely average and you may as well just go to Core and pay a bit more for a salad with some decent toppings. Definitely a little bit overpriced but that is to be expected from a place at the UA Mall. The smoothies: The smoothies are good. But here is the problem, it takes FOREVER to get a smoothie. I just went here yesterday and I’m being completely serious when I say that it took 22 minutes to get a smoothie! I do understand that they only had two people working back there on smoothies, but they were going so slow — even stopping and chatting — that it was super frustrating. I wasn’t there in the middle of the rush even. I was there around 940 in the morning. I thought I would have plenty of time before my 10am class at Gallagher started. However, I walked into class 2 – 3 minutes late. Smoothie was good. But it should never take that long. Don’t think the TapNGo will help you either. Several people standing by me, also complaining about the wait, had used the TapNGo app to try and get a faster smoothie. Nice try! Overall, the food just is not worth the wait, in my opinion. There are better options on campus.

Little Mediterranean food in the U of A mall. I like the hummus and pita, the chicken falafel was good. Didn’t care for the tabbouleh, ancient Greek salad & fattoosh. My daughter really like their wraps though. Their smoothies are good.
