Jewelry and Watch Repair Shop

excellent repair of a custom ring I took there. It looks fabulous, like brand new and the repair was very reasonable. This ring had a lot of damage from an accident and they restored it to like new. I am thrilled. They have always done a good job on their repairs for me, but this one is over the moon good.

I have lifetime batteries from here in a couple of watches. I would keep going back even if I didn’t. They cleaned up a Seiko LCD/​Analog watch I have had since 1981. The buttons didn’t work and it had sat in a drawer for 10 years. I left it with them and they got the buttons unstuck and cleaned it up like new.
I brought in an old Hamilton RR Pocket watch and had it cleaned up and adjusted and it came back looking like a new watch. It runs great and seems to keep time as well as my daily wear Seiko Automatic. Nice to have an old family watch running and looking so nice. Great service and really nice people!

Well fellow Unilocal community I recently wrote a review on fast fix jewelry that I have to revise, I was finally able to have a conversation with the one person who seem to have integrity at the park place location. Russell Hudson is upstanding honest business man, He made sure my 200 dollars for a cancelation fee was returned, and I look forward to doing business with him in the future. Coming for that Rolex!

This place is the bomb! Not sure the young mans name that helped me tonight (8÷13÷2014) but I called at 8:24 pm and he said if I could be there within 10 minutes he could still replace the front and back cover of my iphone 4 before close. SPOT ON!!! you the man and with 5 minutes to spare… KUDOS!

My wife broke her iPhone screen after asking the apple store to fix it and got turned away. I had to find a place that would fix her iPhone this place they gave her a New screen for my wife’s iPhone. great service my wife iPhone was fix in about 35 minutes or less, 85 $ a fair price too!

Had a pocket watch that was given to me about 15 years ago. Anyways, after going through the wash a couple of times, the watch stopped working.
Brought it to the shop to be checked out, gentleman hopped on it really quickly and popped the back off and told me the battery was leaking and that he could swap it out for $ 20. Seemed a bit expensive, but he said they don’t make that particular brand anymore and that the batteries are 100% guaranteed to work and when it dies in 2 years or so, just bring it back to them and they will replace for free. Sounded good to me.
Apparently they have two locations in Tucson. I asked if I needed to keep my receipt to get the free battery swap when this one dies. He said no, and that he marked the battery so they know it came from them.
If true once the battery dies and they do indeed swap out for free, then this is a very good deal in my opinion. Will update once it happens in 2015!
It only took about 5 – 10 minutes for him to finish.

My friend has an adorable watch… that she dropped a while back. The hands came off… so we needed to have them put back on by somone with more experience than me… which is none. We were seeing a movie at the mall, and talked to the gent in the shop. He said 15 minutes… seemed fast, perhaps to fast. We grabbed some delicious Taco Bell… did I use «delicious» to describe TB? I’ll have to have my tastebuds checked. Anyways… we retrieved the watch… paid the 28 bucks (with a 10% coupon) then ran to the movie we were seeing. Well, turns out the hands were put back on… but were bent. Doubt they were bent initially from the drop… they just came off. So… ultimately it is my fault for not inspecting the watch thoroughly, but professionally the gent should have made sure all was good before he rang me up. Lesson is, dont be in a hurry with watch repair, and check work before leaving…
