I have always gone to this location, and have never once had a single problem. I have ordered delivery and it gets to my house within 4 – 8 min every time(I live pretty close). When I do go in store the people are always super friendly and curtious. The price is a little high, but hey, I will gladly pay for quality. A side note: Jenny S, who goes to a sandwich shop for a greasy meal after the bars? Your review blew my mind with stupidity hahahahaha

I have ordered numerous times and each time we end up talking about how true the commercials are. They are freaky fast… So fast, I put a stopwatch to it! 4 minutes and 12 seconds from when I ended my call for delivery. I think making the sandwiches in that time is fast, and to have it delivered in that time?! #speechless #fan #foodie

my FIRST jimmy john’s experience… we just don’t have this chain sandwich shop in NYC or CA TOBEHONEST, nothing special. we came late after the bars in Scottsdale and honestly this is NOT the greasy meal I’d expect to be having after a night at the bar … although i guess it’s better than subway, but there are still better subs out there to be had NOTE: they are known to be QUICK, like your sandwich is ready before you sit down quick, but we were actually waiting for our orders for quite a while

Their subs are great. Especially love the #5 Vito. Bread is fresh and tasty, much better than subway. They’re quite speedy too(which is the whole motto — «freaky fast»). However… for a place that advertises for freaky fast delivery, I was really annoyed that they refuse to deliver to my home which is 1.48 miles away from their shop location. They deliver to my workplace which is 1.6 miles away from their shop location. Doesn’t make sense at all! I live in a low traffic quiet residential area with tons of street parking(absolutely no cars parked in front of my house). They need to standardize their delivery policy. **EDIT, I felt bad taking off too many stars for the delivery. I added a star to reflect more on their food rather than their delivery.

I’m not quite sure what the big deal is about this place. The food is ok nothing great. And the staff at this location is HORRIBLE. It’s like I wasn’t even there. Way too much personal chatter and not enough customer acknowledgment. Not so much as a hello when we walked through the door or a have a nice day when we left. I will personally never go back.

Subway may have popularized the«fast food sub shop», but as far as I’m concerned, Jimmy John’s has taken the model one step further. You might not have the option to customize your sub in nearly as many ways as you do with Subway, but that can be a good thing when executed properly(see: In-N-Out Burger). Luckily, both bread options at JJ’s(sourdough baguette and wheat bread) are excellent, and every variety of sub offered has been crafted for maximum deliciousness. Lest your palate be damned, I dare say you’ll enjoy at least one of their subs tremendously… If not, find me, and I’ll gladly help you get rid of the rest(barring any leftover cooties, of course). That previous sentence was a joke. Please don’t mail me your leftovers. 5⁄5 Recommendations: The Beach Club, The Totally Tuna, JJ’s Gargantuan

Went here during Homecoming week and they lived up to their reputation! They were super fast in taking our order and making it.

Went here for the $ 1 sub special they had. Due to having two assembly lines and quick workers and maybe other industry secrets, like maybe having pre-made packets for their most popular items, service was BLAZINGFAST. I’ve eaten JJ’s before and have always liked the freshness of the flavor of their sandwiches. I like their bread, though I wish there were more choices, and I like their meats. On this occasion, I had the smoked ham and it was really good with an actual smokey flavor that I could taste. The meats seem to be more fresh than Subway’s, which seem to be somewhat«factory» fresh rather than deli fresh to me. JJ’s meats seem less«chemical» than Subway’s to me. Just my impression. I like how I can eat this sub easier because they are narrower than Subway. JJ’s are more pricey than Subway, but I don’t mind more pricey if I feel the quality matches. They also serve 8″ subs rather than 6″ subs like Subway. I recommend JJ’s for a change of pace.

I ordered my sanwich online at 3:33…they were at my work by 3:38. Freaky fast is an understatement. I don’t order it standard either. I add stuff and like it cut a certain way. I couldn’t even find my keys, grab my purse, walk out to my car, and wait to make a left turn to get out of my parking lot in 5 minutes and these people make me a custom sandwich AND bring it to me at my desk in 5??? I have ordered from this location about 8 times over the last month and every order has been exactly as I ordered and here in minutes. I am blown away by their amazing service and accuracy. This place is amazing!

Can I get a sniff? Free smells have you intrigued. I love the sandwiches here and I do believe it is mainly the fresh bread and the awesome yummy sauce that makes the sandwich very mouth watering. I cannot say I had ever had a bad sandwich; all were superbly yummy. Oh, and did I mention? They make it so fast; by the time you are down paying, they basically have your sandwich ready. They are speedy; especially for their deliveries.

The sandwiches are outstanding. The bread is great and fresh. They are very fast whether you order inside, drive-thru or delivery. The best when you want a quick sandwich or just don’t feel like leaving the house. My only complaint is that they close at 9pm and are not available for the late night snacks.

Just ordered a sandwich online, and exactly from when I pushed the«place order» button and the time my sandwich arrived was exactly 8 minutes. I am so insanely happy that I no longer have to eat from the hospital cafeteria again, thank you jimmy john’s! Not to mention the sandwich was great and the driver was friendly.

It’s fast, it’s friendly, and it’s unwich. What’s an unwich, you say? An unwich is everything that is on a sandwich but without the bread. They wrap it neatly in lettuce leaves and then tightly in paper so you can enjoy it without a mess in your lap(there will still be a little mess, if you are like me, and must spill at least one thing on yourself during each meal). Anyway, I highly, highly recommend it if you are avoiding that old white poison(bread, that is!) Sure, i love a good sandwich, but the unwich is a decent replacement and with all the different combos, you won’t get bored. I recommend the Beach Club. Add some red peppers for spice!

Look out Sandwich lovers! Another Jimmy Johns store recently opened in the Old Pueblo. This was actually my first time eating after passing JJ’s countless times day after day. Its new Campbell location is much more accessible than the others, which is why I gave it a try. Personally, I didn’t find much of anything gourmet in my Sub, but they did live up to their slogan of «SUBSSOFASTYOU’LLFREAK.» In true American style, I went through the drive-thru, and was definitely«freaked» to receive my sub upon paying! Okay, now down to business. Sub was ok. I ordered the #16CLUBLULU(JJs original Turkey bacon club with lettuce, tomato and mayo). It’s your standard club sub on white hoagie bread. I found the bread was dry and chewy. However, my beloved BF raved about his #12BEACHCLUB(turkey breast, provolone, avocado spread, cucumber, sprouts, lettuce, tomato mayo), insisting that everything about his sub was fresh, delicious and crisp. I have ultra picky taste buds I guess. I’ll give JJ’s another shot and next time I’ll order something less ordinary.
