Amazing experience from front office to back office. The hygenist, Shelley, is amazing. I had severe Dental anxiety for many years before I came to their office. They’re very compassionate, very understanding and patient. They have the best equipment, clean office, and Doctor Carson is so personable. This is what I love about Tucson. A family-​run business at its best.

INSURING YOURE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF NO MATTER WHAT. I contacted Dr. Carson on a SATURDAY with excruciating tooth pain caused from my wisdom teeth. Unfortunately Dr. Carson was out of town for a conference. Does this mean I wasn’t taken care of? Absolutely not! I was seen by an associate oral surgeon within the hour!!! THATS SERVICE WITH A SMILE. Thank you Dr. Carson!!!

Dr. John Carson is a good dentist. I was his patient for more than five years and have been very happy with his services. He was always clear and concise with his treatments, happy to detail and explain every option and easy to work with when it came to planning dental work, reconstruction, fillings and cleanings.
His dental hygienist is wonderful, gentle and efficient. I originally began with Dr. Carson’s office five years ago. I quickly became a fan and soon after had my family all on board with dental cleanings and check ups.
With that being said, it’s important to know this: If your life becomes hectic, or have a family crisis, Do not forget an appointment! If you miss an appointment, be sure to call them to rectify the situation! Life can get difficult, people make mistakes and the unexpected can happen. Dr. Carson’s office does not make allowances for too many of these instances. Seriously, after missing an appointment with Dr. Carson during a family crisis, I received a letter in the mail politely dismissing me as an active client. In fact, I would gladly have given Dr. Carson 5 stars here, except for the experience of receiving that letter in the mail.
That being said, Dr. Carson is an excellent dentist. He’s caring, compassionate and works with with integrity. He has taken great care of my children’s dental needs with great ease & a wonderful sense of humor. My elder daughter is still his client and will not settle for anyone else for all her dental care and upkeep. Her amazing smile is possible to a large extent, because of Dr. Carson’s expertise.

I just moved here 3 years ago from Northern California and had the same dentist for 30 years. I started coming to Dr. Carson one year ago and unfortunately had to have a cavity re-​filled this past Wednesday. I was extremely nervous, as I am very apprehensive when it comes to dentists. Dr. Carson was AMAZING! He explained everything he was doing in great detail, checked on me throughout the process making sure I wasn’t in pain. The equipment he uses in simply the best, state of the art. Dr. Carson is a genuine person who really gives 100% every minute he is with you. His staff is the same way! If you don’t have a dentist or do have one that you don’t share the same opinion you must give him a try, you will be impressed!
To top it off, he even called to check on my procedure that evening.

Dr. Carson has helped me with my dental needs for the past couple of years. He is always on time. His staff are gentle on my teeth. I appreciate his attention to detail and his willingness to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend him.
