Established in 2002.

While living in Annapolis Maryland, Joe developed a passion for helping America’s military men and women. When a chance for him and his long-​time girlfriend, Kathy, came up to relocate out to beautiful and sunny Tucson… they jumped at it. Joe wanted to continue helping Veterans and their families, so he joined up with CMG Mortgage Inc. Joining CMG Mortgage Inc also has given Joe a chance to help responsible homeowners who have an underwater mortgage through the Home Affordable Refinance Program or HARP loan. CMG Mortgage Inc is a Direct HARP refinance loan lender.

Joseph (Joe) serves clients in Tucson as well as throughout Arizona. Although Joe does all types of residential home loans, he is quite passionate about helping veterans and first-​time homebuyers with their home loan mortgage needs. Seeing his customers at the closing table with their kids… all smiles… is what Joe finds most rewarding about this job.

When Joe does have time to relax, you can often find him on the trails around Tucson and Southern Arizona — mountain biking and hiking.
