This doctor and practice is an absolute sham. They are running this as a business and simply trying to profit and not take care of patients. It started with an office visit that took an hour and a half and the office was not busy! From the front desk to the doctor there appeared to be no sense of urgency or care for patients. After finally being seen I was out of there quickly after being told an antibiotic was needed. After a few days I was having some side effects to the prescription, I called into to speak to the doctor. (was told would follow up) No response!!! I called the next day (was told would follow up) No response!!! I am done!!! I went to see an actual professional to resolve my issues DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst experience ever. I think it’s funny reading the other negative review because 1. It is absolutely TRUE and 2. Because it isn’t recommended?! I’m going to say the Office had a day in this.
First time ever seeing Dr Stevens and I was made aware I was completely unimportant as a client. He had me wait for an hour after entering the exam room while he finished up other patients. After helping me with an issue he determined I should be on antibiotics. I waited and called the pharmacy and doctor for 2 days to get the script that he never bothered to call in. After having him paged twice he FINALLY called it in.
Then i was having severe issues with the script. Severe headaches, rapid heart rate, etc. I called the office all day getting the same run around that he would call me right back. AGAIN I had to have him paged twice at 9:00 at night before he FINALLY called me back. He explained that I had a severe infections and needed to be put on antibiotics and then he NEVER called me back!!! After all of my symptoms, and bad lab work and I don’t get a call back. A doctor tells you that you must be put on 2 antibiotics due to the severity of an infection and yet doesn’t follow up or prescribe anything? If something happens to me I will sue him. Its been a week and NOTHING. The symptoms I was/​am having combined with the signs of infection point to a chance of sepsis. I will absolutely be reporting him
I believe that he is unqualified. I also believe he puts all of his effort where the money is (pregnancy). If you aren’t pregnant then you aren’t important.

I hate to write bad reviews and this is my first really negative one, but I don’t plan on ever returning. I went into his office on Feb. 9^th and after discussing my concerns initially felt good about my first appointment where he came across as caring and seemed to have a plan to help take care of me. Had me go get labs which I did that same day. I never heard back until almost a month later when someone called me and said I had a follow up appt the 2^nd week of March. I showed up and not only did he not have the results of an important test I took, he stayed he would let me know ASAP what they were so he could start me on med I needed and wanted to take in a few weeks (April 1^st is what he said). Weeks went by and I had called and left two messages asking for help and one message was returned by someone who apologized and said she would make sure either the doctor called me back or the script would be called in. That same day she called back to tell me that it had been called in. For the next week and a half I went every day and/​or called pharmacy who said they weren’t showing a script. I called the doctor office again toward the end of April explaining again my disappointment in services and asked to speak with the doctor or that he call in the script. I was told he would call me back. Never happened. In fact the only reason I got a hold of someone there is last month a woman called my number asking for someone else and when I told her she had the wrong number I told her not to hang up because I had a beef with their office. She put me on hold for over ten minutes when we got disconnected. :(I was frustrated and thought I should just suck this up and go elsewhere for help when Dr. Stevens himself calls me and asks for the same person his secretary or assistant had asked for. I told him he had the wrong number and told him who I was and almost 2 months after my follow up appointment I was still waiting for his help. He not only put me on hold to pretend he was checking my records he came back and said that he now thought I should go see a specialist and then we got disconnected and he NEVER called me back!!! Worst office ever! Worst OB ever and I just finished writing an official letter of complaint to the BBB and plan on sending it to whoever reviews the services provided by these doctors! Plan to tell everyone I know of my terrible experience. No call or letter apologizing for his unprofessional behavior.
