L & L Pool Service

This company is a joke! In the 6 months they were cleaning my pool they turned it green TWICE! My retired father now comes over to check my chemicals because he does it better than these so called «professionals»

Absolutely top notch service.
I had a difficult-​to-​diagnose issue with my pool’s in-​ground jets, and was pleased that L & L took the time to truly look at the problem, understand it, and do the job right.
Hats off to two gentlemen in particular, Josiah and Paul, for their hard work, persistence, and attention to detail. They even took the time to show me the root cause of the issue, and how I can prevent it from happening again in the future. This is what real service looks like, and they have more than earned my loyalty as a customer.
I have no doubt in my mind that most other pool companies would have just opted to go with the fastest and most expensive fix, one would that would allow them to move along to the next customer with the largest amount of money in their pocket. I was glad L & L took the time to understand the issue, something which probably saved me hundreds of dollars.
Service was timely, polite, courteous, thorough, clean, professional, and knowledgeable. They did the job without being rushed or pressured by their employer. I was so impressed that I have cancelled my ongoing maintenance service with a different company, and will be switching over to L & L Pools moving forward.

L& L came highly recommended for a pool leak. They came, gave me a bid which included a pump replacement which we had never discussed. I called them on it. I should have gone somewhere else right there and then. Then the work started. I had to babysit the worker: pool pump running while there was no input, gate left opened, a dial used but then blocked by the brick they laid, water pipe for the back wash not set to go downhill. Finally, they were done, leaving me one hose disconnected, and worse, one timer which was reconnected to the faucet, but with the faucet turned off. I lost most of my lemons, and couldn’t figure out what had happened to my trees.
If you are not going to be there for the repair, i suggest you find someone else, because you will need to be there to make sure that the job is done right.

This company has been very reliable. They follow-​up on problems, communicate well with customer and always treat you with kindness and respect. I am pleased with this company. The last company I had allowed a tadpole epidemic in my pool… not very impressive!!! This company is good. Very reliable.

Professional, timely service. They will try to charge you for chemicals, so make sure that you have your own if you can. They come out on time, do the work, are professional, and won’t smash the window in your back yard, rob you and not answer their phone when you try to track them down (like some others).
