Terrible service, arrogant not-​on– premise owner, rude ever-​changing employees, over-​piced out-​dated merchandise, odorous store, badly lit, did I miss anything else?

This store «couldn’t find» the fur that I brought in for consignment. The owner, Michelle, refused to take my phone calls & refused to compensate me in any way. What business treats a customer like that? I am now out a $ 1500 fur coat. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Tried for three days to take designer clothes in. Store hours posted but store was closed all three days all day long. They can’t sell or buy at grant rd if not open. Horrible they missed out on great clothing

My wife consigned some items here and found them to be quite disorganized. They have some new staff, so maybe this will change. The items never showed upon the consignor website, so she never knew the status of the items. She was told they were out on the floor, then missed the opportunity to pick up the items that did not sell before they were removed from the floor and donated. She don’t have time in my busy life to keep track and feel this is a service they should be performing.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Worst small business in Tucson! I tried giving this new location a second chance since the la Bella on oracle was so awful and old and smelly, I figured the new location would be, well, nice and new. Boy was I wrong! The customer service was even more awful than the oracle location and their clothing selection is shameful at best. Stay away from this awful business. The person running it must have no idea how to conduct a business.

I have shopped at La Bella on Oracle Rd. in Oro Valley for a number of years and love just browsing through the shop with its unique clothing. But now we are lucky to get this new edition on this side of town with even more spectacular goods. You are in for a surprise. Lovely sales associate Libby was delighted to meet someone that shopped at the Oro Valley store stop in here. When it comes to good food or good buys on interesting clothing, I go all over town for it. This place is really a gem. First of all, it is so well laid out and so many items were so unusual. I was so impressed with the place overall. Some of the prices are high because of the designer labels and great condition of the clothes. The shoes and purses are stylishly fashionable and a huge selection of purses. You feel like you are in a high class specially shop because the clothes are in such great condition. Prices are good for what you get. I didn’t buy anything this time around but will surely be back. It is in the Crossroads Shopping Center on Grant and Swan. Have fun.
