I love this place! I have referred so many people here because I trust them with every service that they offer. The staff is great and they make you feel like you matter. I highly recommend this place! I even get my Botox here too!

I had my first appointment for laser hair reduction and it was a great first time experience. My laser tech was Alexa. She was very sweet and funny. She made me feel comfortable in a setting that could have easily been very uncomfortable, so I really appreciate that. I look forward to my next session. I am already seeing amazing results after just 1 session! This place is awesome!

Absolutely LOVE Laser1. The staff is so down to earth and they make you feel right at home. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they never try to push you into treatments you don’t need or into products you’re not interested in like some other Med Spas I’ve been to. I had my first laser hair reduction treatments and dermaplaning facial ever at Laser1 and I am super impressed and happy with the experience.
The lobby and treatment rooms are super clean and comfortable. I have been three times so far and have only had the most positive experiences with the staff and technicians. Everyone is super friendly and I have never had anyone push products on me, which is one thing I kinda dread at salons and spas.
I did my research prior to coming to Laser1, which I urge you to do as well. You do not want to get injections and have potentially damaging lasers applied by novices. The people who manage and work here are really knowledgeable. It is very apparent that they want you to get the best result, rather than purely focusing on profit. They helped me get the best value and will not hesitate to let you know if they think that treatment of a particular area may not be very effective. Treatments aren’t cheap, but are very competitively priced. They also frequently have specials on their website that change monthly.
It has only been 2 weeks since my first treatment of my underarms but I have already noticed ~ 50% reduction in hair (i have dark hair and light-​med skin, so the near ideal candidate for laser). The package I purchased includes 4 treatments so I am very confident that I will achieve a great result by the end of it all. Their packages include 4 treatments because this is what most people need in order to achieve significant hair reduction. Of course, individuals may need more. This is way less compared to other places that claim that most clients need 6 – 8 treatments. This is probably a combination of well-​trained techs who are very cognizant of applying the right amount of power and their state-​of-​the-​art laser, the LightSheer Duet. It really is a neat and very effective laser that implements suction to better direct laser power and to take away from the pain of the laser. I have a moderate pain tolerance and it was uncomfortable, but only a few spots were somewhat painful. Definitely far less pain compared to epilation or waxing.
The tech that has done my (free) consultation, laser hair treatments, and dermaplaning was Alexa and she has been awesome to work with. I always have a million questions and she always answers them, educates me on the dos and do nots before and after treatment, always checks in with me regarding how I am doing/​laser power, and always has a smile on her face. The other techs have also seem to have received very good reviews.
I promise that this a genuine, glowing review of this business and based purely on my own personal experience. I am really pleased thus far and hope that the rest of my visits are as pleasant as the ones I have had (If not, don’t worry, I will update this review). I almost gave in and bought a groupon at another local place because of how great a deal it seemed, but after reading reviews, doing research, and reading/​watching videos about the different commercial lasers, settled on paying more for quality work.

Went to Laser 1 today for a treatment with Kimberly and let me just say she is awesome! So friendly and professional. She takes her time with you and does not rush you. She listened to every question and concern I had and addressed everything as if we were two friends chatting over coffee. She is very knowledgable. I will definitely go back without hesitation. Just had my first visit and treatment done, and I was so impressed! I was extremely nervous and the girls made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions! Cant wait for my next visit and will absolutely be referring others!!! I can’t thank them enough!

Highly recommend Laser1. It is by far the BEST laser hair removal in Tucson!!! Been coming here for years! The staff is friendly and knowledge and best of all-​it works!!! If you have lighter skin and dark hair it’s a no brainer! Stop messing with waxing and get rid of the hair once and for all.

I am definitely not a spa person. There. That part is out of the way. :) I get three or four pedicures a year, have had three facials in my life, moisturize with SPF 15 when I remember, and wear makeup under extreme duress. HOWEVER. I swim a lot and dark hair is a problem. Enter laser hair removal. I was referred to Laser One by a friend of a friend, and set up my initial appointment with some degree of skepticism. I’d heard all sorts of things about the process — «It doesn’t work.» «It takes too long.» «It hurts like crazy.» «They’ll try to up-​sell you all sorts of stuff.» That has not been my experience at all!
First, the super helpful staff were able to make my consultation appointment within a week of my call. I was told to block out 30 – 45 minutes of time for paperwork and a consultation, and given clear instructions about how to find the spa. I received a friendly reminder call two days prior. Nice service. Further, on my subsequent calls to the spa, I’ve been greeted with courteous, friendly service and flexible staff.
The initial appointment was great. After filling out a pretty extensive skin health history survey (super responsible for any dermatological services!), I met my aesthetician for the consultation. She thoroughly explained the process to me, emphasizing the client’s responsibilities as well as what to expect in the treatment. After signing final paperwork, she led me to the very clean, well-​lit treatment room. Everything was very clean, bright, new, and professional-​looking. The treatment itself was not awful — a little uncomfortable, but way less so than a bikini wax! The discomfort resolved within minutes.
Halfway through my four-​treatment course, I can say I am very happy with the results I’ve experienced, and I am sure that after the full year of service I will see just what I anticipate. The results aren’t instantaneous, but I can say it’s totally worth it to know I’m working with a staff that is knowledgeable and professional. Laser One is great.

I consider myself a Medspa junkie as well as a 10 year veteran of hair removal. I have been to many a botox bar and walk in laser joint in bigger cities like Phoenix and LA where competition is fierce and prices are cheap. I typically drive to far north oro valley to an aesthetic derm clinic to get treatments and either trek to Scottsdale or get cheap 99 $ Botox groupons. I took a chance to find a Medspa centrally located and Lazer 1 was the only office willing to let me walk in. I was immediately impressed by everyone there as genuinely kind and amicable. Beyond the standard expected level of customer service politeness.
I talked them into and received a small session of laser hair removal on a small area as a touch up. I was so impressed by my laser treatment I took a cancelation for the next day for botox and a lamprobe treatment. Bye bye red blood vessels around my nose. They even stayed a few minutes past their closing time to accommodate me as a first time patient. Their rooms are comfortable, well lit, and immaculate. I personally prefer to have medically relevant procedures performed on me by people in scrubs and ponytails, not by botox bar girls better dressed than me, and Laser 1 did not dissapoint. Everyone gloved and regloved multiple times to prevent cross contamination.
I paid far less, 200 $ less than I am used to for the lamprobe and I got a decent discount in the botox enough that I don’t think I’ll be leaving town for it again.
I would like to add that I am an exceptionally difficult client, a terrible patient and an all around off putting and unlikeable person. Callie the owner and every employee from the injectable Nurse with several degrees and certifications to the darling receptionist were EXCEPTIONAL, they were kind and warm during my crying complaining and squirming during delicate work and even laughed at my ill timed jokes and made me feel like they weren’t pretending. If you are a normal person and don’t understand the value of my previous statement then you will LOVE them. If you are a weirdo mutant like me you might like it so much you might cry and try to take them home with you. Which I may try because if you throw a botox party the host gets free botox.

I have been a client at Laser One since it opened. Callie, the owner, is a knowledgable and friendly person who really takes the time to explain all her products and procedures. I have had laser hair removal done here, facials and brow waxing. I am getting ready to try her new amazing peel… can’t wait! She has a great supply of products and frequently has specials. The salon is very pretty and relaxing, the staff friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong here!

i have been going to laser 1 for a while, however, today was the first time Dulce assisted me. I just wanted to thank her for an amazing service. I had my legs done, and i was very shy. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She didnt rush and made sure all hairs were treated. Thank you so much Dulce. I really appreciate the great service you provided!

And…Yes ! It works ! I have only had one treatment thus far. Yes, I have already noticed the difference. The owner did 3 areas. My upper lip, my chin, and under my arms. Thanks for pinching my ear. LMBO. For 20 years I have plucked and shaved. Always considering Permanent Hair Removal but believing that it would never work. While driving one day a couple of weeks ago, I heard about a special they were offering while listening to the radio. Why not, I asked myself? Thank you !

Very affordable without compromising their service or products. I am totally stoked ! Next appointment is in February. Why would you even want to go anywhere else but LASER 1? A fine tuned staff is what makes a successful business. Agreed? I wish I could scream from the Mountain top.

Laser 1 is terrible! Never will I go to this place again! This place is run by a crook «Callie» who says and will do whatever she can to get your money! She may seem like she is being sincere and honest but she is not! She will do whatever it takes to get your money! If you’re interested in getting laser, look into skin spectrum or maxwell aesthetics where you will deal with nothing but professional people… They have different types of laser machines to suit your skin needs and they don’t BURN you EITHER!!! Beware and save yourself the time and money!!!

I’ve had bikini & underarm laser treatments here with two different technicians: Lauren and Dulce. Both are professional and very friendly. Dulce, in particular, is as sweet as her name implies and kept my mind distracted while she zapped me with that ouchy laser. As a result, I barely even felt what was going on. Probably the lidocaine gel helped as well ;-). P. S. Dulce also speaks Spanish in case you need that!
Moreover, Laser 1 is affordable. They’ve always got some special promotion going on: a couple of years ago, my mom got 50% off her treatments, and when I purchased mine I got a 2-​for-​1 deal. Also, the deals never expire (i.e. when I buy more treatments in a couple of months I will still get them 2-​for-​1). Don’t worry, though, the low prices *do not* reflect poor quality! I’m super happy with my results, as is my mom.
Laser hair removal is life-​changing and totally worth the initial expense. That said, if you go to a crappy place you could end up getting burned or wind up with spotty results. If you’re on the fence, just go in for a free consultation and they’ll tell you everything you need to know ;-)
