Loren’s Pooper-Scooper Service

Whoever I spoke to on the phone was really rude. Called to start service with him — money wouldn’t have been an issue at all — but before I could finish my sentence and ask a few questions, he was already interrupting me and being very rude. I agree with the other post how this place doesn’t want your business. There’s a reason why he picks up **** for a living.

We had this company come out to clean our back yard, the initial service was fine but when I came to set up a schedule with the guy, he asked that we be home when they come so that our dog can be brought in because and I said we can do that but that would mean we would need to do weekday appointments after 4pm He immediately said, we don’t work that late, we start at 6am and want to be done by 1pm because it’s 100 degrees outside. I said okay, I can understand that, so let’s do Saturdays, to which he again, immediately said, oh no, we don’t work weekends (which is strange because today is a Saturday and he just finished cleaning the yard). He also said, I don’t think we are going to be able to work with you because you are putting too many stipulations on the schedule. I told him that we can’t be home before 4pm on weekdays because of our work and school schedule so how about 6am on a weekday? He again said oh no, we can’t come out that early. At which point I gave up. What the hell kind of hours do they have anyway? Talk about stipulations! What a joke of a business. Never call them, they don’t want your business.

Loren and his employees provide excellent service! I have used this service weekly for over four years and it makes living with three large dogs much easier for obvious reasons. The yard always looks great! You can count on receiving service on the agreed upon day without fail. If a holiday occurs on your service date, you are given plenty of lead time to know what alternate date you will receive service that week. Loren works hard to keep communication lines open with his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Loren’s Pooper-​Scooper to anyone who wants reliable service at a reasonable price to help maintain a clean yard.
