Established in 1989.

Started on the corner of Magee and Oracle 22 years ago, Mick has been a destination business for great wines, and liquors in NW Tucson. As of July 1^st, 2011 we closed down that store and just re-​opened on the NE corner of Oracle and Rudasill. We are in the Casa Blanca Plaza at 6074 N. Oracle Rd.

We are excited about our new location, and we hope that if you have visited our store in the last 22 years that you will come and see the new beautiful store, and if you haven’t been introduced to Mick or Justin please come see us and our great selection!

Business Owner

Mick has been a mainstay of Tucson’s wine and spirits scene since 1979. He opened his first shop-​London Liquors-​on Craycroft and Pima late 1979. After growing that business and saving up, he bought another store on the southside across from the Rodeo Grounds. Park n Shop was the store and it thrived on the southside of Tucson. Recognizing the growth on the Northwest side in the 80’s, he moved into his iconic shop on the corner of Magee Road and Oracle Road in 1989. As the popularity of fine wine and craft beers exploded, so did the myriad of choices in the store. After realizing they needed a bit more space to serve their customers, they recently relocated to the beautiful Casa Blanca Plaza just south of the original store where they are surrounded by attractive Spanish Colonial archtecture. Mick and his son Justin look forward to their new endeavor and seeing all their loyal customers as well as meeting new ones as they begin a new era for Magee Road Liquors.
