A proactive property management and real estate professional, Michael also has 6 years active and 10 years reserve military service as a US Navy Seabee Petty Officer. As a Seabee, he specialized in construction of new buildings and civil engineering repairs. These skills enable him now in the property management arena to provide expert assessments for complex projects or repairs, as well as to perform minor repairs on the spot. He is the «go to» expert on the JR Leigh team for dealing with distressed properties. Michael has innovative ideas and strategies for creatively advertising and marketing properties as well as effectively keeping records with the latest and best technology tools. He is known for his strong work ethic, and ability to prioritize and quickly respond. His attention to detail, promptness, excellent communication, and professional skills in dealing with his clients, both home owners and tenants, have consistently earned him high marks.
