Came here for the first time recently with my boyfriend’s sister. Overall, I’m pleased with the shape of my nails and the gel polish quality. The nail tech paid attention to my shaping desires, and executed well. Her nail tech did a great job too, and she said it was the best manicure she’d had in a long time. They had a lot of clients coming in and out while we were there which I think might be why the manicure felt a bit rushed. I’ll likely go back, but I don’t know that I’ll make my new preferred place.

I’ve been going to Tony’s salon for 13 years. I have my favorite people, and Jimmy does his best to get me in when I call. The other day, for the first time, I left my wedding ring at the table. I called that night, and Tony was still there. He tucked the ring away and I picked it up the next morning. This is one reason I keep going back — good people!

I used to come here all the time the service used to be great… Recently my nails break every time I leave. they started using a nail file on my nail beds which I’ve asked them several times not to because it weakens them and they’re just in a hurry to get it quickly done and get you out the door… I won’t be returning for a while. I have been here twice and both times after the manicure was done I was charged for the«special» full set gel which isn’t any different than the other salon that I had been going to for 8 years. Two prices on the price menu. Wasn’t asked which one I wanted. They just did the more expensive of the two. Won’t go back.

The nail tech up charged me for a $ 45 pedicure that would last for 45 min and it only lasted for 30 minutes! What a rip off! When I brought it up I was told that it was not necessarily 45 minutes! Do not come here and upgrade. Save your money and go to a salon such as ‘Nails of the World’ that gives a good pedicure without up charging!

i am shocked by the poor reviews… this is my go to place and it is always hopping. All the manicurists are so nice and talk to you as much as you like — some of us just like to veg in the chair or read all the magazines we dont get to read until we go somewhere like this(and they have LOTS of them). I have had several people there do my manicures and pedicures and they are always wonderful — i have used Kelly(my favorite), Cyndy, Tiffany and a couple of other people who are no longer there and they were all super. Once i went home and cooked chipped my new nail with a knife and went back to ask them to fix which my manicurist did for no charge — she insisted on taking off what was there and redoing it correctly instead of just patching it which is what i was asking her to do. Dont let the other reviews turn you away — this place is clean, professional and the staff are all so very nice.

This was the worst gel mani I have ever had. The manicurist was rude, on the phone for most of my manicure, and didn’t listen to me when I specified how I like my manicures. I just left and the polish already has bubbles and is uneven. There’s nail polish on my skin on some fingers and nails left partially unpainted on others. When I asked the manicurist to fix them, she told me that was how gel manicures are and refused to fix them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My technician didn’t talk to me once, despite my numerous attempts to stimulate conversation. When she was done, she simply said to go sit at the light, no thank you or smile. Plus, sloppy job. She didn’t remove existing polish completely and left noticeable gaps with new polish. Therefore, I will not be returning. One star is for the gentleman working that greeted me when I walked in.

Their pedicures are a bit quick, otherwise this place is awesome!
