We believe that we can be most successful by having as little impact on our customers’ lives as possible. If a customer’s collision repair seems uneventful to them, then we have succeeded. We recognize, and remind ourselves constantly, that a customer’s vehicle can be one of their most prized material possessions and a reflection of one’s self and that a collision can therefore be a major life-changing event. We know that our job is to guide the customer through the repair process in a way that minimizes the trauma and disruption associated with an accident and to get their life back to normal as quickly and effortlessly as possible. And, of course, we know that this requires a first quality repair, performed on the schedule promised, with the most cordial service we can muster, and with constant communication of status and any contingencies.
History
Established in 1929.
O’Rielly Collision Center is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, having been established in downtown Tucson in 1929, when its parent organization, O’Rielly Chevrolet, was only five years old. The Collision Center moved out of downtown along with the dealership in 1955 and moved again, to its current prime location on Broadway Boulevard, in 1963.

Being co-located with O’Rielly Chevrolet gives us access to a wide range of terrific accommodations for our customers, including: an in-house Enterprise rental car facility; our own retro-styled «Corvette Café» that serves coffee, breakfast, and lunch; free shuttle service; a full service GM Goodwrench-certified service facility with more than 100 service stalls; and a full service tire and accessory center. We also offer aluminum repair; towing service; night drop, and we’re open on Saturdays
