This is the worst place on the palnet! If you care one bit for your lived one DO NOT take them to Encore!!! Workers sit around and talk all day long never interact with patients. Care is horrible they don’t bathe patients or care for their hygiene. I found other patients sleeping in my father’s bed. Patients wonder aimlessly around with no one looking after them. Price is outrageous for incredibly poor care!!!
