I received a Hugh arrangement from Wells Fargo for Christmas. Two days later most of the flowers were dead and the arrangement is not going to make it until Christmas. I am certain they paid a fortune for it.

I love calling this place! I usually call to order flowers for guests at the place I work and I love how fast they are. They know who we are and have everything ready to go. Very friendly and deliver on time, every time. And the arrangements are nothing by fantastic! I’m not sure why this has such a low rating, but I highly recommend them for your local flower shop! She is local and friendly and really a good place to check out!

On October 15, 2014, the same day I placed an order I then needed to cancel the order. There was no delivery; I immediately spoke to the flower shop and they said to expect a refund. Since then I have called and written to them many times. The staff will take a message but Paula Wertman will not return my call or address the matter. From staff I have been told that they just moved, the credit card machine is down or they have to check their records. The amount in question is $ 116.60 and today is January 30, 2015. This treatment goes beyond poor service.
