I had previously written a negative review of the store based on a phone call I had with someone when I called to ask for clarification about some clothes I’d brought there on consignment several years ago. The woman I spoke with had told me that they automatically close accounts after two years, and that I was too late. I wondered why they hadn’t warned me about this rule in advance. But shortly after that I got a nice message from the owner who explained that I had already been paid up. She clarified the issue for me, and I so I edited my review to explain this and to apologize to the store for the misunderstanding that took place between the first woman I spoke with and myself.

The best resale shop in the area! High end & vintage merchandise, some new. Great sales & fantastic selection. Can’t be beat for quality! Some prices may seem high but so is the quality! Don’t miss this one!

I reviewed the boutique for Tripadvisor, too. This is, as one of the hidden reviews said, a gem. Don’t bother going to the mall – this little shop has better handbags and shoes than you will see almost anywhere. Any resale store that has Bruno Magli, Bottega Veneta, Ferragamo and equally prestigious labels on handbags is fabulous. I bought at Escada skirt for $ 6.50! Please, please don’t miss going here if you visit Tucson. You will definitely find something special.

This place is okay. There are many cute things but I found the prices to be a little bit excessive. The clothes are used and I was expecting the prices to match that but they didn’t. They also didn’t have a lot of blazers which really surprised me.

Great, friendly, little place! Clean store with unique items, especially in the back with all the Western wear. It’s always a pleasure to shop here with such nice folks behind the counter. Don’t know why this gem is so little heard of, so I am doing my part to spread the word. If you enjoy consignment clothing shops, you must check this place out!

I’ve shopped resale for about 40 years, mainly in Pasadena and LA and when I moved here, Persnickety’s became one of my favorites. Certainly my favorite in Tucson. I always feel welcome, the inventory is fun and the place just has good vibes.

This store is great! I love shopping here for my wife if i want to find her something unique and special! The owner Debi takes her time and helps me find something special for my wife whenever I go in. She always makes the shopping experience less painful for me, as I am a guy and HATE shopping, If you do go in work with Debi she will give you a shopping experience and usual gives you a deal on whatever it is your looking for. There is so much to choose from, sometimes its hard not to go home with more than one thing. I would highly recommend shopping at persnickety’s to any guy out there who sucks at shopping for his wife and needs a little help finding that something special!
