Worst experience ever. I gave the girl working there my bag of clothes, she signed me in, then just turned around. Didn’t even tell me how long it was going to take, nothing. When I asked her what she priced one of my items at, she just rolled her eyes. I definitely felt like she would rather go back to talking to her coworkers than help me out.

Being something of a connoisseur, I’d rate this as the best Plato’s Closet I’ve yet visited. Lots of options, good prices, and a great (large) selection of clearance. The store was clean, and the sales staff friendly and helpful. The men’s clearance in particular was deep and included every season to choose from at half price. Make a point of stopping if you’re in the area.

I’m writing this review as a buyer and a seller, which means this review is going to be a mixed bag.
As a buyer this place is great. There are a lot of options available (purses, clothes, shoes, etc.) for decent prices. BUT the items seem aimed towards the 20’s age group, which was kind of annoying. Sometimes you want a bigger variety of clothes to choose from besides just a specific 10 years of your life… I feel like these clothes would be what you’d find kids wearing at the UA, or what people wear out to nightclubs and bars– while trendy, it’s only a small percentage of what’s out there.
As a seller, I was pretty disappointed in this place. They only took one item, but the price they offered seemed fair to me. However as I looked around I noticed they had other items that were similar to mine that I’d brought in to sell to them, so I’m not sure why they turned my items down when they obviously had other items there that were similar in nature, yet different enough that my items seemed like they would have worked for them. Very confusing.
The associate working there who helped me was really nice! That was definitely a plus.
Overall this is a good place to buy, although the clothes do seem geared more towards the young, 20-​ish crowd. To sell your items though, they need to be in great shape, in style currently, and very specific to what they are looking for. And even then they might not accept your things.
So overall this place is probably better to shop in rather than sell to, unless you have all the right «types» of clothes they are looking for.

Love it here! I always find something I can’t leave without. It’s a great place to find great deals on quality fashion.

BEST THRIFT STORE evAR…
LOVE love love this place and THIS location in particular. Shout out to Jenny Y. for introducing me to this gem! I always find STEAL deals for super nice blouses and tops as well as shorts, skirts, dresses, belts ~ whatever it is I’m looking for! I literally was shopping once for several very specific items once and was actually able to find them ALL here at one go ’round!
As other reviews have mentioned, this place tops Buffalo Exchange because of their stamp card that they offer where you can get 20% off your next purchase! They seem to have more trendy, modern items (less old grandma, too vintagy clothes) at a lower cost. They have plenty of fitting rooms with actual doors (not curtains). The staff are very friendly and helpful!
The only tricky thing is if you want to sell your clothes back to them, they’ve gotta be trendy and modern enough! They’re pickier than the other thrift stores, but with good reason.

Dang. I gotta say, this place is near perfect!
Store: this store is clean and meticulously organized (by size, style, AND color). Though it is technically a resale shop, it doesn’t have the faint smell of moth balls and dirty feet. It’s a huge store, but every easy to navigate.
Employees: nice. They are just genuinely nice.
Prices: OMG. Every thing is priced very low. On top of that, they have a very large selection towards the back of the store where they hold the 50% off. Now, you’d the the sale selection is just a bunch of stuff no one wants… WRONG. While I picked out things from the regular prices area and the 50% area, I ended up buying what was from the sale area. I mean, usually when I get something 50% off, it’s because I have to talk myself into it; «it’s so cheap, it would be a crime not to get it». But not with their selection. I would have happily paid full price for my items! They just have a great selection all around.
Unlike Buffalo Exchange (ew) they offer a customer loyalty card. Once it fills up, you get 20% off your full purchase.
They will give you an extra stamp if you opt out of taking a bag.
Anyway, this place is great and I simply can’t wait to go back!
Btw: I got two tank tops and a pair of shorts for $ 11. WINNING!

I went here with a friend after checking out Buffalo Exchange and I was very impressed.
Their racks were very organized! Either by color, dresses, demin, shoe sizes, work out, etc. Pricing? Inexpensive. I’ve found a few blouses that were priced at $ 5-​$ 8. Last week I bought a beautiful dress by Guess with tags attached and only paid $ 12. That’s such a great deal!
The ladies that work here are nice, offer military discount, and they have a frequent buyer card.
They also will buy your washed/​no damages clothing but I personally haven’t done it.
Check them out!

This location is busier than their Oracle location. This location has more items as well, but the quality of items they stock seems better at the Oracle location.
The clothes, purses, shoes, and other accessories they stock are relatively up to date for jr. high, high school, and college kids. You can find a good item, but you really have to dig.
