Awful. Came and repaired/​replaced one of our custom windows and got silicone glue all on the edges. Stated we would need to take the glue off in 48 hours. Being a first-​time window repair for us we didn’t know if that was the norm. After looking at it and trying to take the glue off it looked terrible with hole in the repair. We called to see if they could come by to take the glue off at their convenience and they said, «well we are not in the area, and typically we don’t do that.» Nuff said.
