Terrible place… I walked in and not even a single hello was said… They only asked if I needed anything when I was almost out the door… His excuse… They were crowded… (He was helping out 1 single person almost the whole time I was there)

Its that kind of the place either you love it or just don’t care for it. But I always found them personal and I rather buy parts, oil form them instead of order online. I had once bought a rizoma handle bar riser and didnt fit my bike. I took it back and explained to them, they modified it to the precision right on the spot.
Its local owned business after all and we should support them.

I just purchased a Vespa LX150 from Dave at Renaissance Motorcycles. Over the course of a week I had numerous emails with him and found him to be prompt in replying, courteous, upfront and honest. It was refreshing to not be jerked around as I was by another Vespa dealer in Arizona. They added on $ 1700 worth of bogus fees and charges to the advertised price! Renaissance did not. Just an OTD price that was very low. The purchase itself was fun as Dave knew what he was doing and there were no last minute attempts to get more money out of me. The owner, Steve, also was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership!

I love Steve, and he’s the only reason they’re getting a star at all. Took my fly in for an oil change, was convinced to have the yearly check up done, only about $ 40 or so more than the $ 100ish I was expecting for the oil change. Walked out paying $ 350 for work done on the carb, a new mirror I didn’t want, and a new light switch which I didn’t even know they were replacing.
Aside from the fact that a $ 85/​hour labor charge is FREAKING ridiculous in and of itself the fact that they charged me for work I didn’t know they were doing AND it isn’t even done, the parts they ordered weren’t in yet but I’ve already paid for — other than picking up those things I will NEVER return.

This men know Vespas. I had my Vespa serviced here yesterday, and my scooter rides so smoothly today, it’s better than when it was new!

Stopped by here last week, as I needed some oil for my Vespa + I was hoping to question someone about why my bike wasn’t starting.
I spoke with two store associates — both were pleasant, and I think one was the owner Steve.
Again, it’s really hard for anyone to diagnose what’s «wrong» with your bike without actually seeing it. But they were kind to share that it was probably just my carburetor that was clogged from a couple yrs of storage.
I did purchase the one-​liter of oil –5W30. It was the brand that I’ve seen other scooter enthusiasts use on YouTube — - Motul. Kinda pricey for the oil at $ 19.95. (But atleast I’ll have some on hand now.)

This place is also known as Vespa Tucson, but let me make one thing clear. My husband has never, does not and probably will never want a Vespa. Unlike me, he doesn’t think they’re adorable. Wait, maybe he does, but that’s exactly it. «Adorable» isn’t the look he’s going for.
He’s been thinking about getting a motorcycle or scooter for a while now just to commute to work. We by no means have any gas guzzlers, but none as fuel efficient as a scooter.
So my husband wants a Piaggio MP3, and we went to look at them here. Before we walked in, I imagined those slickster car salesmen types trying to push something on us. Not the case. At all. The salespeople were soooooo laid back and helpful when needed. They showed us different kinds of scooters, gave us information on others and prices. .. straight up. No pressure= comfortable potential customers. The sales guy gave us a brochure for motorcycle classes so that we could have the appropriate training before just buying one. I really appreciated this. They have them on hand and advice people to take the course before buying anything. I feel comfortable enough to say that if we do decide to buy one, we’re going back here.
