This has nothing to do with paying for services… if you have a deal on living social that says unlimited for 1 year then you must honor that deal… there was nothing on any fine print stating otherwise. I would not have purchased the deal otherwise. Also, if you are trying to justify your actions and how you treat your customers by insulting them for writing honest reviews, I do not think that will help your business. If you were honest and upfront about the fees and costs of the services and stopped trying to degrade women by telling them how much work the needed to fix their selves then that would be a good start.

I called to buy a groupon and was told they’d honor it, but to buy directly from them. Should have been my first clue! Went ¹²⁄₂₄ and thought the owner was brusque and she tried to tell me I needed much more than I have been having for 8 yrs… when I went to pay and use my BD points from Allergan they didn’t do the bill right which I went back and explained I was overcharged. They said they couldn’t refund my CC so I said I’d take cash. They had no cash in the register. I waited until the owner’s husband gave me cash. I went back for more 10 days later (shame on me) and the owner knew I was going to the Caribbean the next day for 3 months. I have been having Botox for 8 yrs and all I need is every 6 mths… I emailed her 6 wks later and told her it didn’t last and she said to send photos. She then implied I sent her before photos. Not so! Back and forth emails flew and she is not nice. I wanted some of my $ refunded as I feel she used either old or watered down product. You can be assured she will reply rudely and wrongly to my comments but I saved all the emails if anyone wants to see them. Her technique was totally different and I had welts above my brows and forehead which has never happened EVER! I do not recommend her spa for any medical injections.

Great experience! Bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and was so pleased with the results i bought a whole package! Highly recommend if you are interested. 30% reduction after only 2 treatments!

The worst Botox ever, very bad technique. Svetlana doesn’t know how to inject Botox. Period. With my hands tied… as I was getting on a plane the following morning. I went back there and paid another $ 50 to get more Botox (5 units) after paying $ 120 (20 units) with a Groupon and 2 weeks later absolutely No results. Nothing. Don’t waste your time or money.
* It wasn’t a «full face of wrinkles» as I was only treating, the two lines/​frown lines between my eyes. Not expecting magic… Just a good Botox injection would do.

I love this place. I get great deals, and I get Botox for much less than a plastic surgeon would cost. Svetlana Burtman, the woman who eats me, is friendly and experienced. I go regularly!!! I’d recommend this place (at least Svetlana… I don’t know any of the other practitioners, although the front-​desk folks are always sweet). Oh, and I’m in and out super quickly — very little waiting.

No joke… A recent addition to the Renewed Beauty salon team, Vincent has proven (once again) what an incredible stylist should be. Not only did he do an AMAZING color and cut for me last week, he also gave me some great advice with regard to hair extensions. His professionalism, attention to detail, and client-​centric focus ensures that you will feel beautiful when you leave his chair! Not to mention, he’s easy to talk to and easy on the eyes! I HIGHLY recommend you book your next appointment with Vincent!

I purchased a Groupon for Botox (20) units for my Crow’s feet. Svetlana suggested we do my forehead as well. I told her I don’t do anything on my forehead as I have had my eyebrows drop in the past. Svetlana assured me that she injects all day long and her technique would leave me looking rested. I really ONLY wanted my 20 units of Botox around my eyes, but I decided to trust her.
The end result after the injections she gave me… dropped eyebrows and droopy eyelids! Every time I look in the mirror I want to cry. There is nothing that can be done, I will have to wait until it wears off. She charged me for an additional 30 units of Botox. I sent her emails asking her why she wasn’t more conservative in her approach given my concerns. She now states she did 30 units around my eyes and only 20 around my forehead. I don’t believe this to be true. I have NEVER needed more than 20 units in the past. In my opinion, there are much better injectors out there!

I was willing to come back in for an evaluation though I certainly didn’t want her to do anything to «fix» the problem as she suggested in her emails. I had lost all trust in her ability/​technique! I just wanted my money back. When I said I would write reviews about my experience, she threatened to SUE ME if I posted a negative review (s)!

I called to confirm my appointment and they had every opportunity to say they were running late.
I drove 50 minutes, filled out my paper work, and was told «I will tell her you are here.» Went to use the restroom, out of TP and the toilet wouldn’t flush… gross. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked how much longer… the answer: not much more. After 35 minutes, I asked again and was hit with all the excuses: we had to fire someone yesterday and needed to squeeze people in. Great first impression. When Svetlana finally greeted me, I said I waited 40 minutes, and she said they just told her 10 minutes ago I was there. WHAT? I didn’t want to argue so I was asked her to perform the service. She asked what we were doing. I filled out the paperwork for what reason? So disappointed, won’t return.

The salon is very clean, the first thing I look at, and offers a lot of services. A nurse practitioner is the owner/​operator and is able to administer botox and fillers. I went for a basic cut and color. My stylist was very professional and did s great job! I’m very happy with both the color and the cut. The only bad thing I can say is beware of up charges. Other than that, very happy with services.
