Revolvstore Service Center

These guys are simply awesome! We were visiting my daughter for parent’s weekend and my daughter’s car «broke down» with a coolant leak. First we found a well-​liked shop near UofA and left a message. Then we flew home and found Revolvstore. The first place called us and said we don’t do Volvo’s, we recommend Revolvstore. That made the choice easy!
They are AWESOME. They took the time to explain what was wrong to my daughter, and they worked with my husband to handle things long distance. They had the parts (coolant reservoir) and repaired her car quickly (same day or next morning it was ready).
Revolvstore literally saved the car’s life. We aren’t big fans of this generation of Volvo because it’s been so difficult to get repaired. My husband was ready to put it out of it’s misery.
We just can’t say enough great things about Revolvstore. (I just hope for the car’s sake, we can find someone as good when my daughter graduates and brings the car back to SoCal!)

These guys are AMAZING! I drive an 07′ XC90 and I recently broke down and had to have it towed to the Revolvstore. I received a call from Chad the next morning, and I was able to explain how I was completely misdirected by Autozone about the issue with my vehicle. Within the next hour I got a call back from Chad, with the diagnostic results. That same day I arrived to pick up my XC90, worried about what was going to go wrong next. I was lucky enough to have Andy (the Owner) standing in the office when I arrived. He dropped everything he was doing to take me to the shop and walk me through my vehicle and how to prevent any further issues with some mild maintenance. I got there thinking of selling my Volvo, and left Only wanting to drive Volvos, just to keep the Revolvstore as my mechanics. Thank you Revolvstore!

I’ve recently become the owner of a 2003 XC-​70. It’s in great shape for the age but it is over 12 years old and needed some work. I went to Tucson Volvo for oil changes first for oil changes. The first visit they left the cover on the air filter (after just checking it) not connected properly and with a huge gap in it! I live in a very rural area that requires a 10 mile dirt road to get home. That was not cool! So anytime I went in for oil changes, I told them that I had a K & N filter that I cleaned and PLEASE do not touch it!
They would always go through the Volvo and give me a shopping list of items they felt I needed to do. It made me want to scream and get rid of the car!
I heard about Revolvstore from a friend in Prescott who has owned several Volvos and highly recommended the repair shop, so I decided to give them a try. Boy, am I glad I did! The service is amazing. Customer service is unlike any I’ve ever experienced at a automotive repair shop. Being a woman, you become very sensitive to being treated like a imbecile with limited intelligence. Not here! I gave them my list from Tucson Volvo and told them I was ready to go on a long road trip and asked them to check the car out and tell me what they saw. They came back with a report and EXPLAINED what needed to be done and WHY! What a concept, huh? :)
I live about an hour and a half from town and needed nearly a full day’s of work. I had planned on spending time at the mall and catching the bus and trying to fill time in whatever manner I could. I had a dentist appointment in mid-​afternoon. Once Andy’s right hand man found out that I had the appointment, they arranged for a car for me – amazing! And their prices are less expensive than the dealer. Yay!
I was thrilled when I got the car back and could tell that it was riding better than it had since I bought it! I actually enjoy it now and am thinking that maybe Volvos aren’t so bad after all. ;)
Andy, the owner, called me a day later to make sure I was happy with their service. I was very happy to tell him that he has a loyal customer! I highly recommend them, and I can tell you that is an understatement!

My Dad introduced me to Andy and the Revolvstore years ago. Between the 2 of us we’ve owned 6 Volvo’s and have had them all serviced with Andy & his staff. Their qualifications are top-​notch and their willingness to help their customers understand what they are doing is unparalleled in my experience. Andy is one of those truly rare business owners who understands how to run an honest business that people want to come back to. He’s personally helped me through not just repairs but his seal of approval has led me to 3 of the 4 Volvo’s I’ve owned.
I love that Andy will not sugar coat what his customers are dealing with, be it expensive or unavailable parts for those old Volvo’s that just won’t die or what you can expect if you are looking to buy a particular, newer model. But in the end, if you choose to go forward he has the skills and staff to get the job done.
The city of Tucson and Volvo owners from all over have a real gem in what Andy and the Revolvstore staff have built. There is simply no better option anywhere.

If you are looking for an alternative to the dealership, look no further. Having an older Volvo that I didn’t want to sink a ton of money into, Andy, Owner, was spot on with the repairs necessary to keep the car on the road safely.
Andy’s crew repaired the car within my budget and on time. His crew kept me informed and were professional and curteous. Hands down winner!

At our last visit to the Volvo dealership, we were presented with a long list of Action Items befitting the age of our car. Due to the expense implied, we decided to look for an independent garage to do the work. I’d seen the Revolvstore for years on my visits to 4^th Ave and decided to give them a try.
When I called to ask for a quote, Andy, the shop owner, called me back within 15 minutes and offered a very fair quote for the work. He was polite, answered my questions fully, and went a long way towards earning my business.
I called back a few days later to schedule service — replacing both front struts and an engine mount — and spoke with Adam, the service advisor. He was able to arrange service sooner than anticipated and suggested that he might be able to do it for less. When I dropped the car off, he offered me a ride (nice, and not expected at an independent shop). The work turned out to be more involved than expected, and Adam arranged for a rental car for me — also very unexpected and very nice.
In the end, the total repair cost was over $ 500 less than the price quoted by the dealership. Every step of the experience was positive — from my initial conversation with Andy, clear through the tech, Kyle, showing me the worn-​out parts. I will take my vehicle back without hesitation! Highly recommended.

As a dedicated Volvo owner for over 20 years and a resident of Tucson for 23 years, I take my business elsewhere.
Andy, the owner, is unreasonable and unpredictable. Communicating with him is like walking on eggshells.

I am a touring musician who had a starter that was going out on my volvo 740 wagon. I delayed the repair as long as possible and it finally died when I was passing through Tucson. I called a few places who quoted me more than I could afford and through a scavenger hunt of sorts stumbled upon Revolvstore. They took care of me that day, and charged me half of what everyone else quoted. They used a refurbished authentic volvo starter, which according to my research is better than the new aftermarket products.
This shop knows Volvos, including old Volvos, which is not always easy to find on the road. I am surprised there are no Unilocal reviews yet for this shop. Top quality, good service, and friendly trustworthy staff.
