I had some strange scratches on my lexus, almost like someone keyed it, and was getting it ready to sell. I called another body shop in town and they quoted me $ 700+ to repair. I decided to get a second opinion from Royal since they worked with the Lexus dealership. They took a look at it and said give us a minute and let’s see what we can do. They brought my car back out and the paint looked as good as new. All they did was buff it out. Most body shops would have taken advantage of the situation and charged me to repaint the entire door. Well not only did Royal provide me with the simple and best solution, they didn’t even charge me for it! Never seen anything like it. I never review anything but feel the need because it was such a unique situation. I even offered to pay and they replied with the hope they would earn my future business. Consider it done… thanks Royal!

I was in an accident 2 times last year, September and December. I had my car sent to royal and Belliny, the manager, help me out both times. First time my car end up being totaled, the second time with my new car, it was fixable. After all the wait for parts and every small detail fixed, I got my car back yesterday just like new. It was great customer experience and was treat as if the car was his own. I would recommend this shop to every one and anyone! Thank you Belliny and your team for getting my baby back on the road!

This was a really really bad experience! The service manager never called me about my car. I had to call servers times to find out it wasn’t going to be ready when they said it was supposed to be. The service manager in charge of my car was Bellini Flores. He basically doesn’t care. Don’t get him! Be ware. The work was okay the customer service was disgusting. There is a reason they do not have reviews on their site.

Whoa! Can’t comment on actual service since I decided not to use them, but wanted to comment and say I had estimates on some car damage at four different places… this place’s estimate was literally DOUBLE the cost of everywhere else! Insanity! Ok if you’re going through insurance, but if you’re paying out of pocket, basically anywhere else will be cheaper! Yikes!
