This review is for the office of Jaclyn Mahlstede, now located on East Pima, It has been nothing not frustrating dealing with this office. For starters, the last TWO times I have had an appointment, I have arrived at the office only to discover that they had MOVEDBUILDINGS without notice. I had to call and find out where they had moved to to get to my appointment. Super frustrating. Additionally, I am now dealing with a billing issue because they had quoted me a certain amount for a visit(they«researched» the cost and called me back with an answer), I paid that amount at the visit that day, and now have an received an extra bill. When you try to call to speak to someone, their customer service is equally frustrating, with people transferring you around from one person to another. Find someone else– don’t waste your time with Saguaro Physicians, or at least not with this particular office.

I had been seen by both Dr. Abraham and the np connie clarey. I had put up with a since location was 2 mins away. Hard to find good docs for sure. The office is clean, nothing special. Office staff are usually trainees and expect plenty of mix ups. Billing, appts, test results etc. twice insurance billed for a phone call I had made. I received co-pay bills and had to go as far as bringing in proof I wasn’t in town on supposed dates. Pretty sure insurance was never made aware(I will be taking care of that) each visit became less about me and more about nothing. Kind of like the lights are on but nobody is home. I would get call labs were great and then check on-line and they weren’t. Not sure how many people don’t know if something is wrong if doc is saying fine. Shorter visits wrong or not complete labs ordered. I guess super hard to check a box. Medication refills are a joke. Come in every 6 weeks to be able to stay on medication that has been prescribed for several years with no issue. Pretty much means more money for them. If you research anything on-line and ask about new tests or medication be ready to be laughed at. Big egos easily offended and I feel like a fool for not doing something about it sooner. Once it became clear connie clarey was either burned out or just didn’t care about my health conditions I decided to change docs or should I say nurse practioner to a doctor. In retaliation for me bruising her huge ego, she sent me a certified letter basically banning me from being seen by anyone in saguaros physcians group. I find out by calling a well reviewed docs office and being told there was an alert by my name not to treat. I talked to the supervisor and even though it was agreed there was nothing wrong with any emails I had sent, the nurse practioner was allowed to do that without cause. Very upsetting and such a disappointment with this medical group and their policies.

this review is for saguaro physicians located on the east side of tucson off of houghton and broadway. i’ve been in tucson a little over two and a half years now. last year i found a primary care physician but knew i had to change because i just did not like the way they treated me as a patient. i was recommended to connie clary, anp, gnp. from a co-worker as well as from another nurse practitioner when i visited a near by urgent care facility. i finally made my new patient appointment with connie and i’m sure glad i did. she is absolutely wonderful! very friendly and understanding. also makes sure you are on the same page as her before leaving her office. i have visited her a couple times since for different reasons and have also set up my husband with her as a new patient. she’s kind and provides excellent care for her patients. you can tell that she has a passion for what she does. if you’re looking for new care on the east side of tucson, i highly recommend connie clary at saguaro physicians!
