Christine Cady and the whole team there were extremely helpful and provided excellent service with personality. No one ever tried to upsell us to more than we wanted or make us feel pressured in any way, ever. We had a very personalized, friendly and fun experience picking out what we wanted. We would highly recommend to anyone to shop there. If they don’t have what you, they will find it, and do it with pleasure. Excellent experience!

I have shopped here for many years, even at their prior location across Oracle. I would not shop anywhere else in Tucson for jewelry. I have purchased earrings and rings from them. I’ve returned to have them cleaned and checked to keep them in good shape. I worked with the owner, Eric, directly to redesign an old ring and turned it into a beautiful new ring. They are a first class operation-I’m proud and satisfied to support a local business that gives a lot back to the community. And Christine is great-​a lovely lady.

I highly recommend working with Christine! Christine is not only interested in getting you the best bang for your buck, but shows genuine interest in finding exactly what you’re looking for. My wife and I bought her wedding ring here. Christine is great to work with and the owner Eric is very friendly and helpful. Christine was able to bring in several different size diamonds, and settings. When I say «bring in» I mean she went out of her way to call the manufactures and request the different settings that my wife was looking at online, if they were not in stock. I would also like to add that at no point in time did i ever feel any pressure or pushy sales tactics as you might get in some other stores. Christine only brought up money when WE asked. The ring that we finally picked is wonderful. If I could do better then five stars I would put a 10 star rating, I cant wait till the ring is finished and my wife has it on her finger. Eric, wow what can I say, while we were looking at the diamonds and settings for my wife’s ring he came over and was talking with us about everything from the setting to the diamond, and even the history of his company and designs while spending a good amount of time with us. During this adventure of looking for the ONE RING (– Had to) we went to a lot of stores not just in Tucson but the whole of Arizona, no one seemed as friendly and welcoming without the underlying feeling of pushy sale, nor did the Owner or Manager sit and talk with us as people and not customers. This is why i will be back to purchase other items such as Eric’s designed My heart collection necklace that my Wife loves (Please don’t tell her she doesn’t know that yet)
If you like that personal feel, not just a store, go in and talk with Eric and Christine.

We had the most incredible engagement ring and diamond shopping experience. The staff were all kind, helpful, fun, patient, and applied absolutely no pressure. I will shop there from here on out. Best jewelry buying experience I have ever had. And the best part? The prices! Wow! Thank you all so much for making us laugh and cry!

You won’t find a better store in all of Arizona! I searched over 3 years and several different states for a wedding band and found perfection at Sheffield’s. I walked in to a warm and welcoming staff, where Christine worked her magic. Her experience gave great value when her first choice to match my very custom ring, was beyond a perfect match. They were not pushy or forceful in anyway and I actually left the store to think about the decision. When I came back (the next day) to purchase the rings, Eric the owner and Christine made the entire process truly enjoyable. They stayed an hour past their closing time so that we could order the rings and we all celebrated by toasting to the occasion. This store is unlike any other and I cannot say enough how wonderful the atmosphere and staff is. We will be life-​long customers! Thank you so much!

My fiancé bought my Tacori engagement ring at Sheffield’s Diamonds and they have been more than accommodating and helpful. When I took my ring into get resized, I was more than happy with the care they took of my ring and of me. Although I was sad to say goodbye to it for a while, Eric Sheffield took extra time to tell me about what Sheffield’s and Tacori does to make sure my ring will stay in great shape forever. I also needed my ring in time for engagement photos and he made a point to call Tacori to make sure it would come in on time. I am so glad we chose Sheffield’s!

Dropped in to look at wedding sets, staff was very polite, but something didn’t feel right. Lots of dazzle dazzle and baffling us with BS, but not impressed.
When we we told the sales person that we had already found the ring setting that we liked, we were told that they could match the price. A short time later we left the store with the intent of discussing the purchase. I’m not sure, but I believe most people shop around prior to making a high dollar purchase.
The next day I contacted the other store involved and was told that a person who originally identified themselves as a potential customer asked about the ring we were trying to buy. After getting all the information they needed this person then identified theirselves as a sales person from Sheffield’s. This apparently has caused a lot of unnecessary problems for the first store who was simply trying to help us. Needless to say they got our business and Sheffield’s will never see me again.

1. My engagement ring… Its beautiful. But when I went to have it sized they told me it would take a week to have to back. One week later I still had not received a phone call, so, I called. They had forgot to send out my ring! Another week later, I finally got my ring.
wedding band… since my ring was custom made, I was told I needed to send my engagement ring with the band order to insure to diamonds matched up on the sides of each band. (I should have learned the first time) They forgot the send my engagement ring with the order. Luckily, the diamonds are really close to matching up on each band.
3. His wedding ring… (Again, you think I would have learned my lesson by now.) We ordered his wedding band a little late, about 3 weeks before the wedding. They said it would be fine it would in the Tuesday before the wedding (the wedding was on Saturday). This made me nervous but we went ahead anyway. Well, Tuesday came and went. So Wednesday my fiancé called. He was now told the ring wouldn’t be here until Friday. I freaked out… the day before the wedding!!! So… I called. I was told, by the owner, «Oh, it should be here by the end of the day.» I responded with, «Really because my fiancé just called and told it wouldn’t here until Friday» A couple seconds later (think fast), «Oh yea you’re right, I thought today was Thursday.» In the end the ring didn’t come in until Saturday morning, which the best man had to go pick up.
The whole process added additional stress to the wedding. I will not be a returning customer.

Sheffield’s has a great product line and excellent customer service. I recently purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé. Christine was very helpful and took the time to show me a variety of ring styles and cuts. When everything was picked out I gave her the date when I needed it by. A week later my time table changed and I needed the ring sooner than expected. I called in and spoke with Eric Sheffield, explaining to him my dilemma. He said he would see what he could do. Not more than an hour later he called back and assured me the ring would arrive in time. I went down and picked it up 2 days later and it was even more spectacular than I had imagined. She loves the ring btw, and is already looking at a Ritani wedding band to compliment it.
Thanks to Eric and Christine for coming through in a pinch. We will be back when it’s time for the next big purchase!

In my opinion, one would enter a jewelry store specializing in overpriced jewelry for only one of the following reasons:
1. Robbery. (Good luck.)
2. To use the bathroom. (Tough luck.)
3. Marriage/​engagement. (You’re in luck.)
We stumbled into Sheffield’s with the sole intent of getting our fingers properly sized, so that we could purchase wedding bands inexpensively online, because we are cheap ass and immoral. We had absolutely no intention of buying anything from a jewelry retailer.
Less than 4 hours later, we purchased 2 wedding bands from this jewelry retailer at $ 200 more than an online retailer, because we’re idiots and because our sales associate deserved our business.
Chad, the sales associate who helped us, was very patient as we tried on ring after ring (the damn bands all look the same) and gave us absolutely no pressure, because, as he explained, «We’re not paid commission.»
Chad didn’t try to push the more expensive rings on us. He’d even suggested that I go with a thinner (cheaper) band than I was trying on, as it might look better on my size 4.5 finger (which is, unfortunately, attached to a size XXL body that apparently houses a size XXXXS brain).
After the jewelry store (to which we didn’t commit right away) we checked prices online. The two rings were an average $ 400 LESS online than at Sheffield’s. My tiny ring was abominably overpriced by almost $ 300. Getting the rings engraved online costs $ 25 versus the $ 35 in-​store. And there wasn’t even enough gold there to make one dismal filling for a 2-​year old.
Called Chad back and told him we’re not going with him (to which he said, «Hey, that’s OK.») — but then my fiancé had a change of heart and offered that, if Sheffield’s was able to meet us a little more than halfway, we’d buy the rings with him, even if they were higher than online. And lo and behold, within half an hour, we were the proud new owners of wedding bands that I’m pretty certain will one day fall off my finger and down the ground toilet in some godforsaken third-​world country.
For newbies to the fun and sexy world of high-​priced jewelry that costs the same as your first offspring, Sheffield’s is a great place to visit. The budget conscious could shop around online and negotiate with the store for better pricing. Sheffield’s offers follow-​up service in the form of re-​polishing and resizing the ring, which isn’t so easy to do when you buy something online.
Final note: At the same time we were choosing the rings I had my watch battery replaced… for which Sheffield’s didn’t charge me, so that they could establish goodwill. Smooth, Sheffield’s. Smooth.

I dropped of a ring to be sized on Saturday, at which time I was not given an estimate but told that the jeweler would contact me with a price.
I hadn’t heard from a jeweler so I called Wednesday morning. I did not agree with the price, and said I would pick it up. The unfortunate thing about not having a bench jeweler is that your jewelry does not remain at the store, but is picked up and dropped off. Resulting in another day before I could pick up my ring. All in all in took a WEEK to get an ESTIMATE for resizing my ring… I suggest going to a place that has a bench jeweler on location, that way you are able to talk to him/​her, address your concern and get a price that day. There was nothing that really set this store off from others, like Kays or Ben Bridge.

Pretty disappointed with the wrap around service. The staff was very friendly, patient and welcoming when we were physically in the store. We spent a lot of time explaining for what stones we were looking and the setting, and we were told we would be called within 4 – 5 days — after they tracked more stones and spoke with their designers about custom work. 12 days later no call. Also, emailed through the website before our intial arrival to the store, and those have never been answered.

If I could give Sheffield’s 6 stars I would.
First of all, if you’re looking for quality diamonds, jewelry, watches, etc. this is THE (only) place to go in Tucson. They carry Tacori, Hearts in Fire, Tag and many other high end brands. Christine is great to work with and the owner Eric is very friendly and helpful. We got both our wedding bands here, both Tacori, both ah-​mazing. Love these guys, we will be back!

We bought a very expensive ring by Tacomi here in 2009. A year later we needed it re-​sized. The sale included two free re-​sizings. The ring is a band with very delicate and intricate details. The craftsmanship on the resizing was so perfect you could not tell where it was cut and re-​banded together at all. The ring has held up to some rough treatment. We are still happy with the purchase today. Sales is friendly, straightforward and un-​pressured. Service was quick and accurate.

My fiancé and I are looking at wedding bands for our upcoming wedding and I cannot say enough good things about the people at Sheffield. They have an excellent collection of bands (and other jewelry as well). It is the customer service that really won me over (Rose and I think Nick?). I am forever indecisive and stuck between two rings. I never once felt pressured to pick a specific ring or walk out that day with a ring. They definitely cared about the customer and wanted me to make the right choice for myself. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to finally make a decision on my band.

My fiancé brought me to Sheffields Diamonds to look at engagement rings last summer. Since I don’t really wear jewelry I had no idea what I was looking for until I started browsing online. The Jeff Cooper collection really caught my eye, and Sheffield’s is one of the few stores in Arizona that carries that brand, so that’s where we went.
We were promptly greeted when we went inside, offered water, coffee, and were told it would be a short wait since all of their associates were busy (there were quite a few people there). I didn’t feel uncomfortable or pressured, so we started looking around.
Christine was able to help us and sat down with us and showed us the Jeff Cooper settings that I’d been admiring. She wanted to get to know us, learn about what we did for a living, our relationship, etc. She was VERY personable and easy to talk to Christine didn’t make any assumptions about our price range or ask any questions about budget (sometimes other places do that right off the bat).
Once I had narrowed down the settings she brought out some loose stones and talked us through the 5 Cs of diamonds which was really helpful for me since I didn’t really know a lot about them at the time. She brought out a range of sizes, but different clarities and colors for us to see the difference.
After a bit, my fiancé kicked me out (in a totally friendly way– and I wanted to go look at the bike shop next door anyway) so they could talk price. As I was leaving I ran into the owner, Eric, in the parking lot. We chatted about running and other stuff; he was so friendly and nice, I left with a really good feeling.
He placed that setting on hold so we could think about it and we went back a couple of weeks later so I could see it again. Christine was gone for the weekend but another employee helped us, and when she pulled the setting out and I tried it on I started to cry (so embarrassing!). Eric and another couple who were shopping thought that he was proposing and we had to explain what was going on. It was good for a laugh and they sent a bottle of water and a pack of tissues with me when we left. (Seriously, it’s the small touches that make a difference!)
My fiancé went back later and made the final purchase when Christine was there. She helped my fiancé pick the center stone and then they had the ring made for me. They did an EXCELLENT job with the stone and the setting, and I love my ring so much!
That was the wonderful experience on my end– I’ve gone back once to get my ring cleaned and polished and Christine remembered me right away (and my ring!), asked about Todd, and gave me a bottle of jewelry cleaner so I could keep it shiny at home. :)
Overall, the experience was wonderful from beginning to end. We were treated with respect and loved the environment of the store. If we have future jewelry needs, we will definitely be going back!
