Do NOT go for mani-​pedi! While the customer service was nice, it cost $ 60(before tip) for something I could’ve done better at home. It also took so long that I didn’t want to complain and have her redo it. Very disappointed. Hands and feet don’t feel any different than before. I’ll probably end up doing it over myself this week. What a waste.
The other services must be better to warrant the high ratings. I’ll never know though because I won’t be back.

I expected more for my money considering I did a package of nails, massage and facial. They started me out with nails– which was a big mistake because after I had the hardest time undressing for the massage. My nails got smeared but I led it slide. Bad scheduling on their part… And on top of it– they have a slim color selection.
My massage was the only good thing… My facialist barely put the steamer on my face and didnt even come prepared with towels. The whole process seemed slow and dragged out. My cousin came with me for the spa day and her nails were saved for last– and they messed hers up! So badly that it looked like a child painted it– I’ve posted a pic. Terrible!

Worst salon I have ever been to. I showed up for my appointment and they told me they had to reschedule because my massage therapist didnt show up. I rescheduled and it was not worth it at all. My new massage therapist was running 15 minutes late and she even finished 5 minutes early. Never going back here again. Everyone was very rude and disorganized.

In the interest of full disclosure, I must mention that I set an appointment at Spa Vida after having attended a Unilocal event last year, during which I won a gift certificate to return for a service. Thus, I did not pay full price for my service.
The spa is quite spacious. Here, you will find several rooms for therapy sessions, and a separate space for nail service. But it doesn’t have all the wonderful accommodations that would lead you to stay beyond your actual service — like a steam room, sauna or jacuzzi.
I came for a massage.
I appreciate when a massage therapist is highly conscious and sensitive to the fact that they work with bodies, which are deeply imbedded with individual comforts, discomforts and memories.
Enter Rachel, my massage therapist for the afternoon.
There was a little bit of confusion at the start, namely with the aromatherapy offerings. It appears that the last person who handled the basket did not sort them properly, so they did not have any of the offerings labeled on the actual box. That was a slight disappointment, but no bother.
On to the massage.
When I signed up, I was hoping for a soothing, therapeutic massage. But after arriving, I found that I needed a bit more help with tension release. Rachel was very accommodating and very communicative. I felt very comfortable working with her. She has a firm touch, but also very soft hands.
I left the session feeling quite sore. Days later, I began to feel much better than I did even before visiting with Rachel.
They tend to run lots of specials, so do not be shy about asking about their discounts and promotions.

Very disappointed. Went online to book. Booked «nails» as me and my spouse wanted manicures and pedicures. Got an email confirmation, but nowhere did they ask what specific services we wanted. Arrived for appointment, still no one asked. We thought that was strange but maybe the nail techs would ask. Nope. We tell them what we want (Hot Stone Pedicures and Signature Manicures) and they say they don’t the time to do the work. They have me listed as getting a very basic (refresh) pedicure. We explain nobody ever asked us what we wanted and they admit that that was probably true and that you should never book an appointment online. ?!? Why then have online reservations at all? Since we only have time for feet, we ask if we can get the hot stone pedicure. They say it is a really bad pedicure and we should get signature pedicure instead. The hot stone is described on their website as the signature pedicure with the addition of hot stones. How can it be worse than the signature? It felt obvious they didn’t have time to heat the stones to do the service we wanted. To top it off, I am then told there isn’t time for a signature pedicure after all and I can just get a basic. I went in for services I could not get, no one apologized, was given wrong information about what constituted the pedicure I wanted, and was told never to use their internet booking system. Really upset overall.
8÷19÷14: Just today I got a follow up call from a new manager. She apologized for the issues which she said happened under a previous management and offered a price break for a future treatment to make up for everything. I felt it was both a generous and kind offer and will give them another chance.

Spa Niva had so many positive reviews that I definitely wanted to try it out… because of this, I’m assuming my massage experience was just a fluke. Reagan, my massage therapist, has to have the roughest, most calloused hands of any massage therapist I’ve ever had. It would be one thing if she used massage oil, but she prefers to use as little as possible. Imagine sandpaper rubbing on your body for an hour. Based off of other people’s experiences, I’d actually go back and try another service, but I would definitely stay clear of Reagan.

On Mother’s Day my fiancé said I should go get a prenatal massage. Everywhere I called was booked. I was lucky enough to get into Spa Niva. Not only was I able to get a massage, but they also had availability for their spa package which included a pedicure and a facial.
For $ 139 it wasn’t a bad deal so I decided to book it. The services were all very nice and the people who gave the services were all extremely sweet as well.
The only reason why I am giving Spa Niva 3 stars is because it seems like they have no idea what is going on. The 2 ladies at the front had no idea what was going on in that place. Also when I was done with my pedicure that they booked first the nail tech seemed to not have a clue that I had a massage next. I just kind of stood there outside the nail room wondering what I should do. At least the massage therapist knew I had a facial afterwards and greeted me to her.
The last part was a little weird when I went to check out and my nail tech was just standing there. I asked the 2 front ladies to add 20% for my services. Then they asked me if I wanted it to be on the discounted price or the regular price. I was confused and just asked them to add 20%. They told me it would be $ 9 for each service which didn’t seem fair to me since the pedicure was the cheapest. I felt that the massage therapist should have got more, but I had no idea what everything cost.
All in all it was an ok experience, but not sure if I will return.

Visiting Tucson and wanted to find a spa that would measure up to my expectations so Unilocal is where I turned to. I found Spa NiVa to be a great recommendation. The spa was clean and had a very serene atmosphere.
I started with a massage which was good and then had a facial. While I was in my facial Dawn spent 15 minutes giving me a taste of reflexology. It was heavenly! She was very informative and when there was an area that was tender I would ask what that represented within my body and she would tell me. I found it very interesting to how it would coincide with problem areas within. I asked if she had time that I would go ahead and get a full hour added on just for reflexology. She did, so I had that plus a wonderful facial.
I had signed up for a package and then added on the reflexology. My bill was very reasonable. I did notice that I was the only one there in the middle of the week — no other clients on a Wednesday morning?!? So with that said it has got to be the BEST kept secret! The only change I would make was for them to have a locker room to change into a robe when you are doing several services instead of having to get redressed after each service.
I can’t wait to return to Tucson! I just hope Dawn hasn’t spoiled me for finding another reflexologist as good as her where I currently live!

Great place! Membership almost pays for itself with either a free facial or free massage. Personally I would go for the free facial. I went and had a massage, the environment around me was amazing the rooms were amazing and the masseuce gave me personal tidbits and went over the 1 hr (sh don’t tell), her name started with a D and she has a personal touch that helps muscles relax. The only thing awkward is the price. But it is a spa eh?

Made an appointment today to celebrate my wife’s birthday and they were more than accommodating! Hilary is the most helpful person on earth! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my beautiful wife!

My Spa NiVa experience was fantastic! I have gotten a massage, manicure, and pedicure at the Campbell and Skyline location and I couldn’t have been more pleased! The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is inviting. High quality services for a great price, I would definitely go again!

I’m from Los Angeles and had car trouble nearby, so I decided to soothe the pains of the mechanic’s bill with a massage. I walked by a sign for a $ 49 massage and decided to stop in.
This place is wonderful! Amazing service from the front desk staff in addition to the masseuse. I was able to schedule a massage for 30 minutes after I walked in. The facilities were spotless and didn’t have an overwhelming scent of nail polish or room fragrance — a huge plus!
Book Rachel for a massage. Period.
Words cannot express how amazing she is. Rachel really understands the body, and I still feel amazing 6 hours later. I wish Rachel worked in LA! If I ever find myself in Tucson again, I will most definitely visit this location again.

I had an amazing experience and will go back again and again. I got refresh package for $ 134. It was a 60 minute massage of choice plus facial plus a pedicure! With the package I saved $ 40. It was extremely professional and very clean! Go!

I went here because it was open on Sundays and all over salons in the area seemed to be closed. Will not be coming back. If it’s a Sunday again, I’ll just wait for a Monday to roll around. My appointment was at least 15 minutes late although I arrived early, and I was given no explanation or apology for my wait. The pedicure chair was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat in, with cheap pleather that was cracking and dug into my legs the whole time. The technician wasn’t personable and there was nothing special about the experience to make it worth the premium price over less fancy (on the outside and lobby) looking salons. Without excessive wear, the cheap polish and apathetic application chipped the next day. Sigh. I miss my money I wasted on this.

I went to Spa Via for a prenatal massage while I was expecting a couple months ago. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they were ready for me. The rooms were clean and the masseur explained exactly what was involved. The massage was relaxing although a bit awkward as I had to lay on my side (none of those fancy pre-​natal massage tables where to can lie on your belly). The massage table was heated which can be difficult for a pregnant lady and did cause me to feel a bit faint but as soon as I told that to the masseur he turned off the heat, helped me sit up, and got me water. It’s nice to see that they are attentive and definitely concerned for their clients well being although I was just a teensy bit faint. Afterward I felt relaxed and rejuvenated and would definitely recommend trying the prenatal massage if you’re expecting.
I’m excited to go back and try a hot stone massage– just got a «come back and see us» postcard with a deal on it, good to see that they follow up and value their current clients.

Absolutely LOVE this spa! I have been going for about a year now and it is my go to place for a mani/​pedi, massage and facial (have not tried any of the other services yet). Of the 15+ treatments I have experienced, I only had one disappointing encounter with a newer staff member and after management found out, they were amazing in rebooking me with a new service provider and ensuring I had an exceptional experience.
And if your hubby is a massage connoisseur like mine, this is the ONLY place in town he will now go to .they are very consistent with quality services and you actually get the full 60 minutes you pay for (not 50 like everywhere else in town!)

I first visited Spa Niva for a Unilocal event, and was so impressed I decided to go back for a full salon pedicure with my mom and sister. We fully enjoyed every minute of our relaxing services. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had!

This was my first time at Spa NiVa! Loved it! The staff was super friendly, and took the time to explain some of the procedures that I had never had before (such as a microderm abrasion). There were a lot of girls with me when I went, as I was there for a party. The party ran over, and the staff stayed late to make sure everyone got the services they needed. Absolutely loved my experience here, and the prices seemed reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Mixed feelings on this one. We had a Unilocal Elite Event there and I loved it then! The management has been great to deal with.
Unfortunately, one of my services (botox) didn’t work. I’ve done Botox before and have NEVER had this experience so it was very strange. I called (management was great!) and scheduled an appointment to go back in. Two hours before my appointment they called and said they had to reschedule for another day. So I’ll update to let you know how the matter ends up being resolved. Right now I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Ginger was amazing. I went here with a Groupon for some botox. I had previously had a bad experience across the road at Greenspring Rejuvenation (see my reviews on them). She not only didn’t try to upsell me like other med spas but was friendly and very gentle while administering. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family and will be back.
