So HAPPY with the hair style suggested by Jenn! I’m in town visiting and Split Endz was suggested and I couldn’t be happier. Make it 5 stars for me. Will return for another visit before leaving for home. Wish I could take her with me.

Kim did a fantastic job on my hair. She was friendly and competent. I had a nice scalp massage with shampoo. She cut it into a brand new style cutting off 5−6″! I was very specific in my requests with photo examples. She asked before any new section if I wanted that much off and was willing to cut longer and then take more off if needed. As she blew it out, we talked about highlights. I’d never done it but she had the time. I decided to go for it!!! I’m so pleased! My husband loves it. A fellow I see almost daily at our community gate did not recognize me! Thank you, Kim! I am a new woman!

I am new to town as a travel nurse and decided to try Split Endz based on the Unilocal reviews and the $ 75 for $ 100 coupon. So glad I did! My cut and color appointment was with Tricia who was amazing. I haven’t trusted somebody to color my hair in over a year, and she nailed it. I wanted a sandy blonde that was close to my natural color and it is spot on. I couldn’t be happier. Also, I had some money left over from my $ 100 coupon and they gave me a gift certificate to use the rest of it in the store. Definitely recommend and will go back before I leave in December.

I started to look for a place to get a hair cut. I never go to salons I tried some barbers around town but I was never really happy with my haircut, that I would go home and try to fix it or buy a hat on my way home. My wife suggested her place and todd who works there really knows, what’s up. Yeah the place is worth it, they do a great job on my wife’s hair and mine.

A friend recommended that I go see Jenn back in 2007, and I have never gone anywhere else since. The salon itself has a great look & their team is truly a family.
Jenn is a master colorist & has always taken the time to get it right. This is saying a lot because I have a ridiculous amount of hair! She never rushes & always does a beautiful job styling it at the end.
Every time I leave the salon feeling like a million bucks & get tons of compliments on my hair. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great stylist.

I bought a Groupon for this salon, usually I will research the salon first but I did not. My appointment was with Kelly. First impression, salon was beautiful! Bright, modern and most importantly CLEAN! Although I had a Groupon, I wasn’t treated as such. If you Groupon, you know what I mean. She was wonderful and chit chatted like we were old friends. Wonderful experience and I told her I’d be back. I was looking for a new stylist, she was it.
I called to make another appointment with Kelly and was told she no longer there. I hung up, disappointed. But I called back… This salon was friendly, clean and upbeat. I had a good feeling that all of the stylists there were up to par as well. I made an appointment with Todd, I’m fuzzy with names. But I believe the only male there and from Canada.
He got me in two days later for a partial highlight and cut. OUTSTANDING! Hands down one of the best cuts I’ve had to date. Not only was he warm and personable, but I could tell he loved being a hair dresser. I told him not to bother styling bc I had to shower before work. Normally a stylist would say, sweet! I’m done! Not Todd. He still blowed and styled to make sure the cut and color was perfect. Kudos!
I work for a major wholesaler and am constantly stopped and asked who does my hair. Needless to say I’ll be back. Thanks Todd and the great team at Split Endz

Was able to easily get a convenient appointment. Ample parking out front. Jenn was very nice and did a great job with the haircut. I used a Living Social, but would definitely pay full price.

From California on Christmas vacation wanted to get my hair cut a friend recommended Todd. I called on Saturday & was able to get an appointment in 2 hrs. Todd was great, he cut it just like I wanted it. Styled it nicely, gave me some helpful information. I would recommend Todd as your next stylist. The salon was convenient, clean and the staff were very friendly.

STOP LOOKING. .. You have found «The Place» to get the most amazing hair experience you will find. Split EndZ has phenomenally talented stylists where you won’t get lost. They take their time & give everyone and their hair the attention they need and require for the perfect cut and/​or color. The salon is charming and comfortable, and Jenn (the owner & my stylist) is a straightforward perfectionistic who is both a thoughtful & creative artist. Jenn has such a relaxed and easy going way about her that you feel as though you are visiting a good friend and the hair is incidental. It seems to magically get done during pleasant conversation and some laughs. I have longish hair and Jenn created a gorgeous hombré and came up with a cut that is both flattering and easy to style on my own. I can’t imagine a better salon experience, or better results. This woman is amazing. I always seem to walk out of Split EndZ & immediately turn some heads! My only regret is that I can’t go everyday! If you go, you will never need to «look again»!!

I was new to town and needed to find a new place to get my hair cut. I tried a few other places in town with some «less then stellar» results. I found split endz and decided to give it a try. When I went in I was greeted with a smile, Jenn had a time open and she listed to exactly how I wanted my hair cut, gave me some great advice and ideas, and did an amazing job cutting it, and all at a very reasonable price. I just wish I would’ve found her sooner so I could have avoided all the bad haircuts I got. 5 starts, I highly recommend anybody to go there an get a hair cut.

Walking in for the simple things usually works out perfectly and scheduling more involved work has always been timely and reliable.

I love this salon. I’ve seen Leanna twice and have recommended her to several friends/​family.
I had her put purple highlights (lowlights?!) on the bottom layer of my hair, close to my neck. She called them «peek a boos». This is definitely not a common service, so I was a little nervous going into it, being able to explain what I wanted exactly, etc. She listened, asked questions, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. The shade of purple was vivid and exactly what I wanted.
I came back a few months later to get it redone, that’s how happy I was. I also got a cut at that time, which I was also happy with.
I’ve recommended Leanna to several friends (one of whom got the same color service), and my husband and brother have also been to see Todd for cuts. Everyone I know who has been to Split Endz has been happy with their service.
The prices are the BEST! Super competitive. Go, you won’t be disappointed.

Great service, knowledgeable team and great hair… I’ve tried all of the «high-​end» salons in Tucson and I get better cuts here with friendlier staff at less than half the price! What’s not to love?

Luanna rocks!!! She is sweet, pretty, funny and a little sarcastic and her skills with hair are awesome! I finally found someone who can cut, color and style my hair the way I want everytime!!!

I was in Tucson visiting my cousin and I needed a blowout. She recommended this salon, but Todd in particular.
I walked in to a nicely appointed salon. It looked upscale and was very clean. I was greeted by Todd and he led me over to wash my hair. I wish that he had looked at my hair before so he would have an idea of how I liked it, but whatever.
To start the shampoo he used smelled really good. I asked what brand and oddly he didn’t tell me. Oh well, moving on. I was checking into Unilocal as he was washing my hair and that apparently annoyed him. He kept taking two fingers and pushing my forehead back to wash my hair. Let me tell you, the difference between where my head was and where he wanted it was negligible. It’s not like he was cutting it, he was washing it. He was obviously having a hard time because the angle of my face while using my phone was not to his liking. He pushed my head back THREE times. I almost got really bent, but it was my cousin’s salon so I didn’t want to have an aneurism right there in the place she goes to so I’ll just Unilocal it.
He took me over to his chair and I wasn’t paying any attention. Before I knew it he had finished drying it and was dragging a flat iron out and about to put it on my hair. I never use flat irons, I don’t like the severe look that it produces (very, very flat, straight up against my head) and I’m not fond of the heat because my hair already has so many strikes against it (curly, porous, dry, colored, etc). I also told him when I got there that I wanted my hair smooth with a slight curl on the end (under). None of that happened. I don’t really appreciate someone styling my hair the way they want to. I would have appreciated if he had asked me how I wanted it. I DID say blowout, NOT flat iron. Sorry, but it pissed me off.
While we work out how to do my hair he’s talking to me like I haven’t been coloring my hair red for 20 years. I understand being helpful, but I felt like he was treating me like a child. None of his helpful hints were that helpful.
I felt really uncomfortable around him, he doesn’t have a customer oriented approach and he seems really unapproachable.
The only reason I gave it two stars, was because the blow out was super cheap and the salon was nice.
Also, what is with a name for a salon that describes what you DON’T want your hair to have? Weird.

My family and I had a great experience today. My son decided to cut his long curly hair. We went in because it was cose to our house. Leanna took him right away, looked at the picture that he picked for his hair, and talked to him about it. She was very friendly, and no one seemed to mind that my 2 year old was running wild around the salon. I really appreciated that. My family and I will definitely be using salon and recommending it! My sons hair looks great, I am happy and so is he!
