One of the best pedicures I have had in a long time! A definite must go to in Tucson. Nail salon is very clean, people are friendly & very thorough. I got the spa pedicure which lasted about an hour– half of which was a foot & leg massage. It was amazingly relaxing.

Scrupulously clean and an excellent value. The place is immaculate, comfortable and nicely decorated. Also, the price for a pedicure is less than I’ve been paying, for equal or better service, at an Aveda Salon. You get a choice of scents for your scrub/​lotion and they include a paraffin treatment as well. They carry OPI and China Glaze polishes. It is obvious that the managers and employees are committed to very good customer service.

I’ve tried about 15 places around town over the past few years and I like this place the best by far. They do great nails.
I pay much less here compared to other salons, and I feel like I get better service. They try to remember your name, and if they don’t, you are certainly greeted by a bunch of friendly faces who know who you are. They remember what color nail polish I use, include a hand or leg massage with all manicures, take extra care to not make mistakes, and if they do, they fix everything until they are happy… all that good stuff that you want when you’ve had a long day and don’t want to think anymore. They are also super clean and all their tools come out of sanitized packages, which is nice to see.
You might consider making an appointment because while they do take walk ins, they take their time and give their full attention to each client.

First experience with this spa, the deluxe pedicure and a regular manicure, was exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! My daughter had the regular pedicure and gel manicure. Both of us were extremely satisfied with our nails and very happy with the overall experience. I chose this spa because of the other Unilocal reviews and they are all correct. Great experience, clean facility, and friendly staff!

Had an appointment and was seated immediately. Nice and clean, very friendly staff. Loved the spa pedicure ($ 25). Foot and calf massage was amazing and great paint job on toenails. Music was really good and relaxing. Will definitely return on a regular basis. Great customer service (unlike Hapi Nails across the street).

I LOVE coming to Swan Nails and Spa! I’m so glad that my friend introduced me to it. The people that work here are so great at customer service, and I feel so comfortable every time I come here! The work they do is great, and it’s at a wonderful price too! The environment is relaxing and calming, and I feel just as comfortable talking with my friends as I do with the staff.

Absolutely love it here! 9 months later and I keep going back. All the employees are fabulous at their jobs and although I have a favorite I am never unhappy with anyone’s service. I highly recommend making an appointment because they just keep getting busier and busier.

The moment I walked in I was greeted and made to feel so welcome. Even on a Saturday morning I was brought back within 5 minutes. What I really liked was that when the technician brought me back to the pedicure area the massager was already on with warm water filled in the tub. Although a small gesture, it really went a long way in my eyes. They even bring you a cup of water as soon as you sit down.
I was really impressed by their pedicure menu and how professional it feels. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet and it’s truly a relaxing place to be. It’s too bad I’m moving across town so I won’t be down the street but this place is definitely worth the drive.

Great customer service. They took their time and did a great job on my nails. The seating is very comfortable and the wait was no longer than five minutes. One of the nail techs took off my old pair of acrylics painlessly and gave me a full set for $ 28. This place is inexpensive, but still values quality.

My friend wanted to take me out for a mani/​pedi before my bridal shower and after getting a not so nice reception across the street at coughhapinailscough, we called Swan Nails & Spa to see if they could get us in. They said absolutely, so we headed over.
All of the staff greeted us very happily when we walked in (usually it seems like people greet you but only because they have to). They were ready for us and got started right away. The two women who did our nails were very nice and friendly and made very pleasant conversation with us when appropriate. It was probably the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon!
They did a great job and even stayed a little late to make sure our nails were perfect. I was very satisfied with the whole experience, and I didn’t feel any pressure at all throughout the process.
I will definitely be going back, probably when I need my nails done for my wedding!
