The following is a Taco Bell re post for a survey I just finished. «Andrew/Mgr./Cashier — STUNNING! IMPRESSED w/his easy, simple, kind demeanor. DAMN! I purposely returned & reordered from this location simply because of how I was treated(respectfully) by two of his employees yesterday eve. Here’s what’s really AMAZING. Star Bucks is also located in the same square & has WiFi. «BUT» because of this location’s GREAT attitude, service & food… I have opted NOT to go to Star Bucks. Besides, TB stays open longer. As a «busi“ness man & as a customer, I ‘am SHOCKED @ how AWESOME this crew is. Ready for this? They treat ALL drive thru’s & eat ins with the same respect. Worthy of positive adjectives & praise by superiors. FYI: «A’s kindness & simple demeanor motivated me to STAYIN& use TB’s WiFi apposed to exiting & going to Star Bucks. I’ve been so impressed with how I have been treated that additional praise will be posted on Unilocal simply because I have NOT been stunned by any other fast food entity in Tucson.»

It is a Taco Bell, so I’m basing this just on other Taco Bells I have been to. Is it authentic Mexican food, no. But that’s fine. Sometimes I just want cheap, fast food, and this place usually hits the spot. The staff here are always very nice. They genuinely seem to like taking my orders, allowing me to customize things(I hate sour cream and always ask them to take it off anything I order), and there always seems to be someone cleaning in the lobby area when we come in. These are all great things. That being said, the drive-thru often gives you the wrong order, partial orders, or they end up putting what seems like extra sour cream on things. When my fiancé and I go, we always check the order as we’re pulling out of the drive thru because we’ve failed to in the past and end up getting home missing half an order. Or we have some other person’s order, which means they have my delicious Cantina bowl. Some of the policies are confusing here. They stop making certain things at certain times. No, I’m not talking about breakfast. I mean at 10pm they tell me they cannot make the Cantina bowl. No idea why this is a policy. But on two separate trips I was told at two separate times(one at 10pm, one at 7pm) that they cannot make a Cantina bowl at that time. Ok… confusing. Not sure why. So be prepared for that hassle with certain things. Overall, it is a Taco Bell. But it is not one of the best Taco Bells in town(despite a staff that seems to be trying hard).

Great customer service! Kelly and Sandro are awesome! Very great at what they do! Very friendly and accuracy with our order(which says a lot because we custom order just about every item).

Hmmm… I seem to be in a dilemma. The staff is very friendly especially the cashiers Gabriel & the girl who constantly asked my friend and I to do the survey!(Well here it is! Uhhh sorta.) but unfortunately, I’ve got some«beef» with taco bell!(no pun intended) so let me try to keep this review G rated. My friend and I stop by for a «bite» after work and well I’ll admit it, I really did enjoy the XL Steak burrito… at least that day I ordered it… but the days after *shutters* I regreted ever considering Taco Hell! Seriously, What the Fork Taco Bell! I «swear» to COD,(even though I shouldn’t) something was fishy about the food I consumed that day.(Not literally) as if the following days were a PUNishment for these PUNny Puns! I deserved that PUNishment for«thinking outside the Pun» anyways I’m going to make it a «Point» to Stick to the happier hour $ 1 drinks and stay far away from receiving any«Fast Food» from Taco Bell!(Unless you’d like to lose weight via the Fast Food diet!)

One thing about Taco Bell and that’s they are consistent. If living here in Tucson, you just have to take it for what it’s worth, and that it’s fast food, not Mexican food. The service here was prompt and courteous and the food was good. The place is clean. I had the Diamondback free tacos. Tasty cheap snack.

Don’t eat at the Wetmore /First Ave location. The food was a bad impression of mexican. There was mystery meat and stale tortillas in my burritio. I guess I should remember the old addage«You get what you pay for» The food is cheap, sooooo… don’t expect great flavor. I guess it’s the convienience that keeps me coming back. But, I should only get a drink, and leave the food to the professionals.

Please don’t make me vomit. Why would you ever go to Taco Bell, especially when you live in Tucson? I see people eating their and feel mystified. Instead try Pollo Feliz on Roger and Oracle.

Anytime of the day, this location takes a long time — even the new one on Speedway & Silverbell is way faster — next time I will drive that way. Everything is mushed together and falling out of the shell. But what am I saying? Taco Bell is just about convenience and filling that once a year craving for sour cream and tomatoes. I like their new verde salsa in packets. I don’t eat the meat, so I guess I don’t care if it’s real meat or not! The iced coffee and the lime with sierra mist are pretty good drinks. Taco Bell is just not as cheap as it used to be. If I was to buy enough food for two college students, it would probably take like $ 14 just to keep them from starving.
