There are other local breakfast places throughout Tucson, but The Egg Connection is the best of them. In business over 30 years, still giving the best meals for the money! Ma and Pa restaurant with all 4 kids working there as well. Homemade biscuits & gravy, soups, gargantuan sweet rolls, crispy chicken fried steak, cornbread, lighter than air pancakes and hand formed burgers cooked to your liking. MMMMM What more could you ask for? Oh yeah… prices that won’t break the piggy bank.
History
Established in 1984.
Frank who is a cook, meets Sandi who is a server and the rest is history. The Egg Connection is born. Oh yeah, they got married 34 years ago, had 4 kids and also opened this restaurant… now the rest is history.
Meet the Manager
Libby O.
Manager
Libby is the oldest of the 4 children of Frank and Sandi (owners.) Libby runs the restaurant with a flourish all her own. She is sweet, kind, lovely, funny and can carry 16 plates to a table at one time. She is phenomenal. She cuts up kid’s food so Mom can eat hers while it is hot. She knows what folks want and she knows how to give it to them. She makes sure everyone else working at The Egg Connection does this as well. It is the wish of The Egg Connection for people to leave well fed and happy.
