Dr. Adam saved our way of life (full-​time RV’ing). My wife developed a severe sciatica problem. The only temporary relief she had was walking, and she was up to 10 miles a day, even in the middle of the night. Since we’re from out of town we made an appointment with a local doctor, and the best he could recommend was prescription pain relievers. My wife didn’t want to be on pain meds for the rest of her life, so she tried The Fix and Dr. Adam. It was the closest thing to a miracle that she could have hoped for. Dr. Adam not only made the right adjustments, but also provided long-​term health changes that my wife could make (a different way of sitting; better sleeping positions, etc). During the second visit I was convinced by my wife to have Dr. Adam look at my neck. I injured it over a year ago, and couldn’t look to the right without significant pain. The only doctor to look at it prescribed x-​rays and then said I had arthritis of the neck and nothing could be done about it. I’m the kind of guy that tries to work or exercise through any pain, and if that doesn’t work I just learn to live with it. So I’d never been to a chiropractor before, and never planned on going. I can say conclusively that the pain was almost gone after the first visit, and absolutely gone after the second. My wife and I will be going to Dr. Adam every year that we come back to winter in Tucson. You can’t beat a cure that doesn’t involve drugs, costs about the same as a decent lunch, and virtually no waiting.

Wow! Just 5 hrs after my appointment with Dr. Adam and I am feeling soo much better! Thank you Dr. Adam! this morning I couldn’t even get out of my bed by myself (husband had to «gently» help me to my feet) so I could get ready for work. I have heard about this place through 2 family members and people in the work place. Left on a lunch break to go seek some healing today and I am very to happy to say, I feel so so much better! Walk-​in appointment, during the lunch rush… Never seen so many people at a chiropractor for lunch lol and still was in and out as a new patient in 30 mins! Awesome experience, great results, happy lower back. I will definitely be back!

This place saved my world today. I had been suffering from a headache for days. If always had issues with headaches but this one was relentless. Over a week of suffering and even nausea. I was desperate but knew that it takes forever to get in to a doctor/​chiropractor. I was shocked to see this place open on weekends AND no appointment needed.
We have all gone to an urgent care on the weekend and waited hours to been seen. Thought for sure this would be the case here. It wasn’t! I waited about 10 mins at most in an uncrowded and comfortable waiting room. After maybe 10 – 15 mins of an adjustment with Adam my headache was gone. Seriously. It just ended like that. For only $ 25 and 10 mins my pain just ceased. This has never happened to me before with any chiropractor or doctor. Even pain pills & injections never worked like this. I’m impressed and happy as hell. If your in pain, don’t wait! Go to the fix now! Thank you Adam!

I was visiting my parents for the holidays when I tagged along with my dad to see the chiropractor. I’m seeing a chiropractor at home for upper back and neck pain from a car accident. We walked in and were seen within about ten minutes. In a few minutes, the doctor located the source of my pain and was able to adjust me, relieving the majority of the pain. For $ 20 and a few minutes of your time, The Fix is definitely worth it. No hassles with insurance and copays, just quick and easy pain relief. Thanks for helping me get on with enjoying my vacation!

I had been having some pretty severe lower back pain and wanted immediate attention. No way I was going to the ER or urgent care. I saw The Fix on Unilocal and, giving the great reviews and the amazing price point (slightly more than the cost of seeing my primary care physician), I went for it.
For intake, you fill out a one-​page form that gets the quick and dirty on your history and problem area. The reception area is perfect and cozy for that. I love the artwork — some of which is for sale. And the sofas are crazy comfy.
Then, you are taken behind the barrier to have a chat about what’s going on. Dr. Varano is very swift, but also careful and highly attentive. He also gives ample instruction about what is about to happen and how to take care of yourself after the adjustment.
All told, I was on site about 20 minutes. $ 1 per minute — ha!
And my back was in shape 1.5 days later, and with no soreness at all.
Also, Dr. Varano is a Wildcat! Ab fab! Reprezent.

Office is clean, relaxing. Never wait more than 5 – 10 minutes on a walk in. Puts me at ease, since getting my neck adjusted always freaks me out a little. Most importantly, my lumbar pain goes from a 10 to some minor muscle soreness immediately. Totally recommend.

The best ever. Went in for my first time today due to sharp shooting pains on my left upper body and mid/​lower back complications, he knew right off the bat that I had 5 ribs out of place. He fixed it and I’m feeling so much better now. He is very professional and I will most definitely be going back. And may I add $ 20 is a good deal for great service.

Dr. V is the first Chiro I’ve gone to and he is amazing! Only $ 20? Yes please. His small waiting area is beautiful and relaxing: gorgeous paintings, dark wood floors, adorable furniture. Besides waiting your turn (not long), the actual adjustment takes less than 5 minutes. I went in with a WRECKED shoulder, had 3 adjustments in 3 days, and I am completely back to normal. 45 minute drive for me and so worth it. 10 000% recommend.

I have been seeing a chiropractor for the past three years. While on a trip to Tucson I found that I needed an adjustment. I knew one of my ribs had slipped out of place and I was experiencing a zinging pain through my shoulder area. I found the fix through a google search and was pleased with the location, hours and the price. The atmosphere was cool– the art was fun to look at as I waited. I liked the laid back feel but I was used to a private room for adjustments. While a decorative screen prevents the waiting room from SEEING your adjustment, it does nothing to dampen the noise. I heard the lady ahead of me grunting and groaning (which was hilarious, by the way, though I stifled my giggles brilliantly) and every single pop and ping. She seemed relieved and I felt reassured. Well, my turn came. It was a different experience than I was accustomed to. My regular chiropractor usually spends a little time making sure my muscles are loosened so that the adjustment is easier. No such time was spent at this place, probably a sacrifice to convenience and cost. There is no other way to say it. This was a brutal adjustment. I’m used to the popping and manipulation of my back and didn’t mind that portion of my treatment, though it WAS rougher. It was my neck adjustment that was really off-​putting. 3 days later and the muscles in my neck are still in a tender state. I will say that my lower back adjustment, my pelvis adjustment, was fantastic. It feels better than it has in months. And my original issue, my rib, is in prime condition. If only my neck didn’t feel like it’s ready to snap off of my body. I would come here again though I would request a gentler neck adjustment or forgo that altogether.

Best chiropractor I have been to! This is a no pressure, no nonsense atmosphere. I get in and out quickly, however Dr. V always takes as much time as I need. He has extended hours and is open on Saturdays! I couldn’t ask for a better place. I have referred several of my coworkers and friends to him! I love going to his office, and so do the people I have referred.

There is only one provider here and his fees are straight forward which I really appreciate. There is no «sign up for this package» sales pitch. He’s friendly and his adjustments are effective. That being said, his adjustments also scare me as they are more aggressive than with any other chiropractor I’ve ever experienced. I saw him actually jump in the air while adjusting my fiancé. I consider this place my «urgent care» chiropractic office when my preferred chiropractor is unavailable.

He took the time to talk to Katie and I and see what we needed.
He sells art for local artists on his walls, just a really nice guy, who really knows his stuff!

Dr. Varano is great. I’ve never been to a chiropractor before. After my first treatment I felt better and became hooked. I tried other places in Phoenix after going to the Fix and it just made me realize how great Dr. Varano is so finding a good provider is key

This is a great, no nonsense yet compassionate place to get adjusted.
I’m a pretty seasoned pain sufferer, so I don’t need any x rays, education, or long term detailed treatment stuff. I just want to get re aligned and this is what Dr. V does.
As far as drawbacks, for me there are none. If you want a chiropractor who spends a long time discussing your problems, I am not sure Dr V can always provide that, since his living is based on walkins, my assumption is that he wants a pretty good turn over. But I really don’t know. He seems like he could suggest times of day that are slow if you want more time.
If you need privacy, that might be another drawback. The practice is one bigroom with a privacy screen, so if you are waiting, You can hear the other patient talking, but they are screened from view. It does not bother me at all. I am extremely grateful that Dr. V is here in Tucson and I would go to no other chiro.

Went in felt great no pressure no gimmicks and no hassle told him my whole body hurt. Signed a few a releases got on the table and the dc worked on me from head to toe for $ 20. no appts no waiting, No BS how we will have extended course of treatment seemed spiritual and I wanted to hug him. I was so thankful for the full service without the pitch «you got big problems in time we can fix them»
I bought 4 treatment for $ 60. After the adjustment I FELT AND KNEW HIS TREATMENT WAS NOT A GIMMICK.
I WENT HOME DRANK THE WATER AND TRULY STARTED DETOXING.
