this credit union has some major people problems, i called customer service then the nightmare begin.
1 they could care less if you are or want to be a customer.
2 there altitude is you owe them, that they are doing you a favor.
3 i asked a question about my account went through a bunch of uncalled for personal verification showed drivers license, military id, signature, ss card for the bs for security, i am a security specialist for the government this person had a attitude.
4 held my money for no legitimate reason.
5 has no clue how there web site works.
6 i removed my hat for the cameras can see my face clearly then put it back on, would not serve me until i keep my hat off why they already seen the hat on then off i would think if they wanted to id me they could, another reason to screw with there customer.

I don’t even know how Vantage West calls themselves a credit union. Credit Unions use to be a nonprofit organization and all these guys due it slip in fee’s without disclosing them to you. Of course, we all know you’re suppose to read the fine print,(that’s over a 1,000 words) and your loan officer should try not to be so much a car sales person but someone you can trust, and go over those delicate areas. They don’t and that’s only due to that’ll open up another can of worms.

Wow can’t make payments over the phone, you have to go to a branch to do some simple option that should be done on line. I know it’s Tucson and the Wild West can we please bank like its 2014 not 1885.

I’ve been a member for 30 years. It use to be a great place to do business, but 2 years ago I noticed a change in how they did business. They are not personable, and their ID requirements are ridiculous! They even insisted my 84 yr old wheelchair bound oxygen fed mother update her drivers license before they would assist her. DMV looked at her and passed her through without question treating her with dignity. Not this place! The employee turnover is constant. I’m asked each and every time if I still live at the same address. I’ve had to give my drivers license to deposit money and receive a balance each time. The last time I was in there I over heard the other two people at teller windows complaining about their procedures. It’s time to go.

Due to the guy, Shawn, at the front desk of VW on Speedway and Wilmot, I will be changing banks. He is rude, degrading and condescending to customers. I would love to by-​pass him but he’s on such an ego trip he makes you jump through hoops before you can get them done. Even if you have an appointment with someone else, he will make your life miserable because he thinks he can get away with it. I have yet to understand why Shawn is behind that desk! He is anything but helpful.
