Today my wait time was about 45 –50 min. I was the only patient in the office at the time (first appointment after lunch at 1 pm). Did not leave until 2:30. Only saw 1 other patient there (in waiting room filling out forms– possibly looked like another new mom who might not have been told that this doc doesn’t follow you after your 1^st trimester), though it was hard to tell for sure as I was waiting so long alone. I don’t know, I guess a (urine) pregnancy test could take that long to develop, right? Asked for a list of ok foods/​Otc medicines vs things to avoid during pregnancy and was told, «it’s best to just ask me personally.»
I’m glad I won’t be with her long. Office staff advised that her sonograms take about an hour.

For the first and last time visited this doctor. I was waiting for the doctor for 1 hour 15 (!!) minutes. Instead of getting an update from her assistant on the realistic time for being attended, i was informed that the doctor will see me ‘in a minute’ that took another 20 minutes. Moreover, the doctor gave me a lecture on how busy she is, how experienced she is and that I shouldn’t feel disappointed and how patient she is when there are delays in airports… (thanks for telling me how I should feel :) The exam itself was the quickest in my life (5 minutes) and she even didn’t say ‘bye’.Rude, arrogant approach is not acceptable to patients especially if you have a ‘holistic women’s care’ organization. Don’t recommend.

Well, the previous poster only waited 16 minutes. *I* waited over an hour! Firs they keep you waiting in the reception area well past your appt time, then youre relieved when they finally call your name. BUT then you get undressed and are sitting in the exam room for anywhere up to an hour! And this happened more than once. I was her patient for 2 years and she was NEVER on time. The last time they did that to me, I got dressed and walked out. Oh, and another time, I forgot my wallet at home and they refused to bill me for the co-​pay. She is awful.

Do NOT waste your time. Why would anyone wait for a doctor or anyone. There is NO reason for such unprofessional service. My advice to this doctor is to hire someone who will whip her into shape. Keeping patients waiting for more than 16 minutes is beyond unacceptable. I will not waste your time with my experience last week, but let me just say that I got dressed and walked out. The receptionist followed me out and said ‘oh the doctor will see you now…’ To which I shrugged my shoulders and said, ‘I’m sorry her time is expired’. I will not wait more than 16 minutes, in this case I actually did, shame on me! She doesn’t deserve to have any clients or patients for that matter. Dr. Wendy A Huempfner, MD I’m sorry to say that you have exhausted your potential patients patience.
Seek out another doctor for your care.
