Absolutely ridiculous I’ll never come back. They need to just restaff the whole place. My uncle can not eat pork he asked for no bacon and big surprise there’s bacon on his burger. He took his burger back and they took it in the back removed most of the bacon and brought it back out. Luckily he checked his burger the second time or they’d be paying a hospital bill. Then they don’t even apologize just ignorant. Only getting two stars because the Ciabatta burger was very tasty.

I had one of Wendy’s salads. the asian one. It was delicious. My friend, however, had a burger, which was cold. He took it back to the servers. They were very apologetic and gave him a fresh one very quickly. The manager said that should never happen as they are supposed to make them up after you order.
