I had an emergency plumbing situation, and Hayk (his name, sounds like hike) one of the owners of R&H was the only company to actually handle my situation with great communication, and came on the exact time he said he would and fixed the problem immediately with a wonderful explanation, and went even further and fixed some other problems he saw without charge. He was in and out in about 45 minutes, and even gave me a discount on the agreed upon rate. I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone who wants it done right, by a complete professional. I have already given his card to a few of my business associates in case of any future needs. Thanks!

I totally trust R & H Plumbing. Hayk and his dad are great! When they fix things it never needs fixed again.
I had a garbage disposal that another plumber had snaked and told me that tree roots would eventually make it so the pipe needed replaced. He came back again when the disposal clogged again and replaced the disposal. When it backed up again I decided to just not use it anymore. I finally found Hayk and had him try to fix it. It has worked perfectly ever since.
If something has a simple fix they don’t try to talk you into replacing it to make more money. They are very professional. I would and due recommend them to friends.

R & H saved my a** again. My water heater went out at Sunday 8 PM! I called R and H, they showed up with a new water heater at hand and replaced it clean, professionally and took my old water heater with them so I did not have to deal with the disposal. EXCELLENT SERVICE as usual. I have been using these guys for 5 years now and they never disappoint.

My pipes started leaking when my husband was away and I was panicking due to the waste of water. My husband HATES to hire outside help — he does everything himself. Today I called R&H because I couldn’t stand having the leak. They came on time, so helpful — fixed the leaks AND as a bonus were able to install my water filtration system I had been bugging my husband to install for three months. AND what a bargain! They’re professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and do a fantastic job. You cannot go wrong with R&H!

Called this company around 9:32pm. Thought I would get the non carrying persona that I was used to in the past hour calling different plumbers that claimed to be «24 hours», but in all reality charged double for being non normal hours. Anyways, the son of the company answered the phone I explained my situation and he asked other question. Very thorough, very knowledgable just by me telling him what I had done already to try to resolve the issue, and the things I had encountered. He explained my different optioned asked what equipment I was using (snake 100′) then asked what attachment I had put on… Uuummmm who does that? To my those are signs you know your trade. Plus did I mention it was 9:32pm when we initially started talking. He recommended different things that his company did not provide. Instead of coming over for simple money he actually took the time to figure out a solution for me and suggested I used a specific tip. Which I had something like. Before hanging up and giving me optioned he asked me if I could text him my address to see how progress was going once we got off the phone. So I did send him my address and during the time I was just airing to her m. Point is he texted back at 11 and said he was on his way. I told him that everything resolved, thank to him!

We had a emergency at 8:30 Pm, I called and they were at my house less then an hour and repaired everything plus more with in 15 minutes.

I had to have some pipes moved — hot/​cold, vent, gas line — moving a washer/​dryer to a new location. Hayk was able to instantly make time to assess the job, came up with a price that was great (way better than the next bid), and then did it as specified, on time, perfect, etc.
It’s nice when you find professionals that do it right, are timely, and cool.
If I have ANY other issues with plumbing — repair, installation, anything — these are the guys I’ll call.

Our powder room and kitchen sinks are attached and were clogged and flooded for days. We had first plumber come and said it could not be fixed with a simple «snake» and needed hydrajet. R&H came and fixed it in about 20 minutes first thing in the morning, without using the so called «hydrajet». Clearly they knew what they were doing and fixed everything instantly. Until you have clogged/​flooding sinks, you wouldn’t know how much we appreciated their skills and expertise! :)

This company is amazing. They are very knowledgable, prices are reasonable and they offer excellent service. As a home owner I have used their services a few times and I would use them again. I would highly recommend Hayk’s expertise to any homeowners’ plumbing need out there.

I was referred by a friend, and will likely never call anyone else ever again for any plumbing issues. Friendly, prompt, and honest — all i can ask of anybody. They were also competent and very cautious when dealing with a ridiculously rusted decades old pipe that needed to be replaced in the yard. Highly recommend to anyone!

We needed a minor fix in our bathroom and decided to let R & H have a go at it. Hayk came over, had a look, gave me a price, and then fixed it right away (since he had the parts he needed in his truck). He is good at explaining what the issue is, how it should be fixed, and what to plan for in the future. It was a really nice experience! He even threw in an added fix of another issue that he became aware of while fixing what I had called him over for. Super service! I will call him again, the next time I need plumbing help.

Just moved into a 1950s house, which was in need of many repairs and upgrades. We were lucky to find R&H Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Hayk and Rafik have come to our house multiple times to do various work.
We had our sewer line replaced, water pressure regulator system redone, sprinkler valves replaced, removing a broken and installing working dishwasher, and numerous other plumbing jobs completed.
Hayk was always up front about what needed to be done and the cost of the various jobs. I found that all work was very professional and very affordable, especially considering the job being done. I will be using R&H Plumbing for my future plumbing needs and definitely recommend R&H Plumbing for anyone in the area.

R&H have been taking care of the plumbing in my building in Los Feliz for many year I think. They came in once to fix a clogged sink and just now to connect my fridge to the water line. Both times, they were extremely friendly and efficient, and they did a solid, clean job. I’ll definitely keep doing business with them in the future.

I highly recommend R&H Plumbing Services. I honestly can’t say that enough. We were suffering from a clog that caused our water to drain out to the front of the house and couldn’t figure out what or where the problem was. Hayk came and did his investigation then gave me a thorough answer to the problem and explained what he needed to do. I am extremely happy with their work and his price. RH Plumbing always responds in a timely manner. Hayk is very knowledgeable in water, drain and gas piping. Always does work in a clean efficient manner. Just got finished repairing our main sewer.

A++ customer service, friendly, honest, trustworthy, of course very knowledgeable about plumbing. I had a couple plumbing problems at my house, my garbage disposal was stuck and I had a leak from my water heater, so i looked up on yellowpage and found many plumbers however H & R Plumbing gave the best deal in town!!! he came out and fixed it with no problems at all, he is also very clean and professional.
