It’s Black Friday. It’s crazy hectic, the lines are packed with at least 15 – 20 people each. Anyway so I come in to try jeans on, pick out a few and the lady in the front folding clothes lets me in a fitting room. Sweet! The jeans don’t fit me, so I grab different pairs and this time head to the fitting room in the back since the ones in the front and mid section are occupied. The girl folding clothes by there couldn’t help me grab fitting rooms there which were clearly unoccupied. She didn’t have a key. She didn’t ask anyone for help, in fact she tells me to ask«some people in the front«and«the guy in the plaid» who is occupied in the register because he’s only got like…15−20 people to help. Yes, im going to sit through those 15−20+ people for the guy in plaid while you fold clothes so I can get a fitting room. Sounds like a plan! Just kidding, time is money I can’t waste. I ask another girl(further up front) and she doesn’t have a key either. I go back to the front to ask for a fitting room from the first girl and she says she doesn’t have a key either. You just let me in a room… 10 minutes ago. She was clearly unoccupied with any other customers. So, I don’t know if they were especially lazy enough not to get me a fitting room today, or just switched people with keys. Are the fitting rooms in back sacred? Do they hold the tunnel to wonderland or Narnia? Seems like it judging by the lack of cooperation to open a fitting room. Regardless, I’ll never know because I’ll be shopping online now!!! Bottom line: y’all need to let more people have access to fitting rooms and or stop lying. One star for the jeans tho!

8 years ago I worked for this company. Never thought I’d shop here when I got older. Then they removed their logo on much of their clothes and changed their styles and I found stuff on sale! =D.

I have to hold my breath anytime I’m within a 4-store radius of Abercrombie & Fitch. And it smells like junior high. Cut. It. Out.

Helpful and friendly staff. They could dial down the automated spray smell a lot though. I don’t mind smelling the Ambercrombie & Fitch smell, but this is complete overload. Need to be about 10% of what it is! Seriously, I think I would shop longer if it didn’t stink so bad.

When A&F have the extra 50% off redlines(clearance), definitely come in and see what you can find. Once you get past the darkness, loud music, indifferent high school/college workers, and the perfume smell, I actually find that the sale prices are not too bad, and with the extra 50% off it makes the prices even better. I recently went here and got this pink polo for $ 10, yoga pants for $ 10, and a cute tank top for $ 15. Not too bad, considering my total was less than the retail price of the polo shirt($ 50)!

It’s as usual that it is dark in there. I just don’t know how do A&F expect their customers to see what are they buying in there. Or, they just don’t. Anyway, I will prefer to go to another A&F instead of here. It’s crowded and hot and messy in there. Only one side of the register is open when the line is so long.

They have some pretty decent deals here for children’s clothes if you are willing to wait and be patient for their sales. But overall I find this place overpriced and not worth the effort of going in. The pricing is not worth it for clothes that will be worn less than a year. The last time we were in here my sister-in-law bought a bunch clothes here for her daughter and they didn’t put all the clothes she had paid for in the bag. Fortunately we were just at the mall’s Starbucks when we noticed the problem and went straight back. Apparently what happened at the register was that the cashier folded the items and then placed them on the back counter. Another worker saw the pile and took that to mean they should be restocked on the shelves. My sister-in-law probably should have been paying better attention to the whole transaction, and also probably should’ve checked her bag before leaving, but nevertheless this was a bit annoying. After returning to the store, she explained what happened but they didn’t know where the clothes purchased had been taken. After some time a manager had to get involved to figure out what had been done and where the clothes had gone. Eventually she got the clothing which is great, but considering this place is already overpriced, that ordeal makes me not want to step into another Abercrombie again.

I can smell the store from four stores down, and one out of the fives times I’ve walked in, I’ve been greeted. I did however buy shorts here for my boyfriend once, and the girl at the counter proceeded to talk to her friend while glancing over at me every once in awhile WHILE I WASINLINE. I finally decided to just put the shorts on the counter in-between her and her friend and say, «I’m going to buy these.» In which she responded, «oh I didn’t see you.» nice…very nice.

Was greeted once when I first walked in. I walked around looking for items for about a half hour with NO help. I finally grabbed some items and no one was to be found to let me in a dressing room. One door was open so I went in. I needed a larger size and the guy walk by my room twice, not asking if I needed help, I got NOTHING, I finally had to ask if there was someone who could help me! I told him I needed a different size, he came back, thru it over the top and walked away with no words. When I was done, I was ready to check out. I walked to the open register, where 2 guys were standing talking and they said theirs wasn’t open to go to the other one. I explained, I had been there and no one was there or coming to the register. I walked back over to the register they suggested, and no one! The guy then went looking for someone, instead of just talking care of my purchase! The place was a hot box, too… so after wasting a hour, and NOHELP I sat down my 2 pairs of jeans, and 2 tops and walked out! If you don’t want my business I will go elsewhere! I won’t go back here! I was there March 31st! All the employee’s working the 5pm and after shift need to get retrained!
