Astro Jump

I wish I could give negative stars to this company! It is truly not possible that any of the good reviews are real. I have used them twice. The first time was my daughters 1^st birthday party. The driver showed up without a piece of the bouncy house. He had to drive all the way back to the warehouse to get this piece and wasn’t able to get the bounce house set up until 2 hours into her birthday. They apologized profusely and offered me a discount in the future. I really thought it was a fluke and chalked it up to anyone can make a mistake. Fast forward 3 years to her 4^th Bday. I have no idea why I used them again. I guess I thought they couldn’t possibly ruin another birthday party. Well this time it was soooooo much worse! The driver was hours late. I called his cellphone probably 20 times. I really think he had no intention of showing up but I just would not stop calling him. When he finally showed up (hours late) I am almost certain he was drunk. He took forever to set up the bouncy house and by the time he was done most of the guest had left. My daughter was devastated. She had told all her friends she was going to have a bouncy house water slide, everyone showed up in bathing suits ready to have fun and we had to let each and every excited 4 year old down. Just writing this review makes me furious all over again. It was such a bad experience.
Don’t use this company unless you want to break your child’s heart. They are irresponsible to say the very least.

I rented an inflatable water slide, cotton candy machine, and popcorn machine from them for my son’s birthday party. I can’t say anything bad about them, the lowest price available, plus they did an excellent job delivering the items on time… super nice guys! We rented the dolphin slide with two slides and a splash pool. It was a big hit! The kids played on it till it was time for Astro Jump to pick up the rental products. There was plenty of freshly made cotton candy to go around. Unfortunately, the popcorn machine malfunctioned and we were only able to pop the popcorn once. I did contact the company the next day and they profusely apologized and refunded me the rental cost for the popcorn machine. I still gave them 5 stars because it wasn’t their fault the popcorn machine wasn’t working properly. And, also the fact that they provided me with a refund, no questions ask.
Looks like we’ll definitely be using them again… and again… and again!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had reserved a $ 300 dollar pirate ship bounce house for my daughters birthday party today. It was supposed to be the highlight of the entire party. I had several email confirmations that everything was in place. They were supposed to arrive at 11 am to set up for an 11:30 party. At 11:45 I called the driver four times and he never picked up. I ended up calling the corporate phone number and he said he would investigate but he knew the driver was having truck problems. He tells me this now? The guy from the corporate phone number calls back and says he has no idea where the driver is and can’t get a hold of him. The party went on for 4 hours and still no bounce house or update from he driver. I understand things can happen but the lack of proactive communication was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Also they couldn’t have done something to remedy the situation, like send a different driver or bounce house? 50 people at the party were severely disappointed today.

Well my son did want another bounce house party.
Used Astro Jump a 2^nd time and the kids had a blast. The delivery driver was right on time and even though I was worried about rain (this is Washington) it rained a little but it was fine. Set it up in front yard and just had towels by front door. This time I got the obstacle course which is better for older kids. It was a hit. Just left the front door open and the kids came and went jumped then played games in side and went out side again.
Ordered slushy machine and the kids had a blast with the two flavors.
I will order from them again.

These guys couldn’t have been nicer! Full disclosure: I didn’t rent a jumpy thing from them, I rented a hot dog steamer for my husband’s 50^th birthday. But they were super professional and considerate from start to finish. Alex arrived for the delivery a bit earlier than planned and I wasn’t at the event space yet. He gave me a call to let me know he was there, and said it was absolutely no problem to wait a few minutes until I could get there. The steamer was clean and ready to go. Pickup the next day took place exactly when they said it would. Two thumbs up!

I got Astro jump for my baby girl 1^st birthday party… it was a success. Keep older kids entertained for hours. The service is good, on-​time, polite. Will use this service again… WH

I’ve rented bounce houses from a few different companies and Astro Jump is definately the best! When I called they were so professional and helpful and their prices are way less than the other companies I experienced.
The day of the party the bounce house was promptly delivered and everyone had a great time!

Excellent experience! GREAT service, starting from the reservation process to the end, these guys talked me through what would be best for my party. The price was reasonable compared to any other jump places. No deposit & free set up & take down. (I had the party at my house) a special thank you to Keegan for the set up & take down! You were super cool! I would recommend Astro Jump to anyone looking to throw a party, everyone had a great time!

AWESOME as ALWAYS! We have been using Astro Jump for the past 3 – 4 yrs. and they have NEVER disappointed us! Kids love it! Everytime they set up, they are polite, nice, friendly, and accomodating! Worth every penny! Definately QUALITY establishment and people! Thanks!
