I was impressed by the wide selection of basically anything you could ever want for a home, but even more impressed by the excellent customer service.
After purchasing a large wine cooler, I discovered a defect that prevented the appliance from cooling properly. I contacted Ali and he immediately took ownership of the problem and delivered a new and ‘better’ model to my home at no additional cost.
The movers were very professional and polite and took care when navigating the appliance through the house.
I highly recommend CostLess for their variety of merchandise and exceptional customer service.

Just stopped in here today with a friend who saw a craigslist ad posted by this store. I thought that was kind of weird, (to be honest, I still do, lol), but they knew exactly what she was talking about and even though they already sold it, the sales guy (seemed like THE guy) looked it up and is able to have it delivered here from California in just a couple weeks. He was great about not pressuring us to buy anything and even told my friend not to purchase it until she could go home with the demensions and think on it. Good stuff! He said she could wait up to 6 months to pick it up from the store after it was delivered!
Only negative thing is a lot of the stuff in the showroom (which is small) doesn’t have a marked price. Had to look up each thing I asked about in the catalogue, which took a few mins a piece. Kind of annoying but whatever.
Also— HOLY CHEAP!

My fiancé and I met with a very nice man named Mike who helped us find a dining set and a comfy and affordable couch. Though we were worried about the size of our tiny basement doorway, he promised that the movers would be able to get the couch in.
Well, two days later the table and chairs made it in nicely, but the couch wouldn’t fit.
We went to the store upset and ready for a refund, only to learn that a refund would cost us 30% of the price paid since I used a credit card. I was livid. Thankfully, they found another acceptable couch replacement and dealt admirably with my hysteria.
The new couch fit smoothly through our tiny frame and even though this was a bit of a hassle, I feel that the staff there dealt very well with the issue and the movers were quite nice.

I bought my first house, and this store has best quality and price for my new furniture.
Amazing furniture. Great prices.
Installation was very professionally.
The only take that furniture did arrived a bit late. (-.5 of a star)

Costless has a surprisingly wide selection of furniture to fit your tastes– from electric purple microfiber, to modern/​sleek leather couches to your standard family couch… we were impressed and are planning our next purchase from them in a few months. We are thrilled!

Do not trust this business! I would give negative stars if I could but I cant. I bought a table and four chairs for $ 850. When we checked out and paid, we ordered two more chairs at $ 50 dollars a piece equaling $ 100 and as Sarah quoted– «that is the wholesale price of the chairs» Great– we paid in full and was told since it is December 12^th it will take about two weeks to get the chairs in. Thats fine. The next day or two we called back and ordered two more chairs, at $ 50 a piece equaling $ 100, charged on our card that instant. ($ 200 in 4 chairs) Great, they should come in with our other order. It is now Feb 16^th I leave the country in two days and they never ONCE returned a phone call (my husband and I probably called them 15 times to check on the chairs) Sarah would blame it on Ali, Ali would blame it on Sarah, and then it’d get blamed on the «truck/​warehouse» I cannot believe not one phone call was made to us; many call backs were promised and I even made them repeat my phone number to me and everything. We couldn’t wait any longer and went in to the store, Sarah said «the trucks here if you want your chairs» so we said okay great lets get them and she said «well its not here right now» umm what? So we asked for our four chair $ 200 refund and she then had the nerve to say «you bought two chairs and they are $ 100 a piece» are you kidding me?! it was so long ago that she obviously forgot about it and most likely didnt order the extra chairs and with the horrible customer service that this rip off company prevails, she said“i cant even deal”… and refunded our card for the four chair ($ 200 total). HORRIBLE customer service disgusting. Do NOT go here you wont get your items and they dont give a crap!

I STILL have not gotten my furniture and its been over a month. Fine, it takes a while, but why keep telling me «the truck is coming in Friday» or «it will be here tomorrow» when it is never the truth? I’ve been hearing that since five days after I purchased it.
The fact is: I would have never already sold my small sons bed in preparation for this new cool bunk bed if I actually had someone telling me the truth on when it will be delivered.
I have gotten nothing but the run-​around with this place. This is a shame because I was really wanting to buy quite a bit of new stuff from them, they have good prices and cute stuff… but man, having to deal with this lying and aggravation and people not knowing what the crap they are doing… or caring about the customer whatsoever… is SO not worth it.
Turns out I could have gotten the SAME bed on Amazon, same price, free shipping within two days, and no delivery fee of 125.99.
I’m really upset with this place. My 7 year old has not had a normal room for three weeks now.
You guys at Costless really picked the wrong customer to ruin a relationship with.

If I could give this place no stars I would, but in order to review a business you have to at least have one star to do so.
Let me start off by saying upon purchasing a sectional couch I decided the very next day that there was another couch at a cheaper for the same exact couch except it came with free delivery.
My thought was hey let me just go ahead and cancel this order and order the other couch for a cheaper price. I was told that the ETA for delivery to Costless warehouse would be 2 – 3 weeks.
I was prompted by the lady that works there that their couch was far more better because of the warranty they have and the material of the couch. I didn’t even go into detail about the other couches warranty nor the fabric, but she just «knew» that there’s was much better.
After speaking to the lady I requested that i would like to respectfully cancel my order, keep in mind i had just purchased this the day before. I was told that if i wanted to cancel my order i would be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the initial cost.
Funny thing is the policy clearly states that if you have the package and then decide to return it you would then be charged a restocking fee. I asked them why i wasn’t able to just cancel and then was prompted to talk to a manager but that the manager would not be in until Thursday.
I figured they would try to expedite my package which they went ahead and did, also i only agreed in principal to pay half the cost of the couch, but was charged the full amount for some odd reason.
They forced me to contact my card member services and dispute the transaction. All they had to do was cancel my order and not charge my card the next two days i had to wait to speak with a manager.
Thanks Costless for making my first ever furniture purchase one of the worst headaches with customer service in my life.

I will be a customer for life for any furniture needs!
I initially purchased a sectional along with other furniture pieces and it was delivered within 2 days of purchase. I received excellent customer service from Gena at the Lynnwood store. When the sectional was delivered, much to my dismay it didn’t fit up the stairs. I didn’t do measurements prior and the couch actually got stuck coming up. The guys delivering were so stressed because they had never encountered a couch not fitting before but they tried so hard, I finally told them not to worry I’ll purchase a smaller one. They took the couch back.
The next day, I made my way to the South Center location where I met the owner Ali who profusely apologized about the couch and it wasn’t even his fault! We found a smaller sectional and because of the price difference I was eyeing other furniture to make up the difference in cost. I found the most beautiful antique, rustic wood hutch that I have ever seen hiding in the back. The hutch was initially over my budget but because of our dilemma the previous day, the hutch was discounted… substantially. The new sectional and the gorgeous solid wood hutch were delivered promptly.
I then received a call from the owner the next day asking me if I am happy and if there is anything else he can do. I was absolutely amazed by this because most businesses would run from a troubling situation and as soon as it is resolved would put it behind them, not Ali. He was very concerned and from start to finish was a wonderful person to work with.
Now to discuss the factors:
Furniture: Very large selection of furniture at warehouse prices, there are incredibly great deals. Furniture is very good quality to fine quality (Hutch)
Customer Service: Best customer service I have ever experienced! We own a coffee shop and would love to take a few employees :-)
Prices: Too good to believe! BUT it’s true, they also offer financing with no credit check and do 90 days same as cash, meaning if you pay it off over 3 months there’s no interest charges, it would be as though you bought it straight out of the store.
I noticed one reviewer did not have a good experience, that is incredibly hard to believe! I would suggest speaking with the owner as once again he really does take care of his customers. This is a local business that strives for excellence and they accomplish that with action, customer service, prices and a variety of furniture, some hard to find.
I look forward to future purchases.

Love this place :) Their furniture is the «off brand» but it is good quality! I got a nice sectional with free ottoman for $ 599! The same style sectional is at Ashley Furniture for $ 1599! Great place for young couples just starting off! And their 90 no credit check financing is great :)

Great deal on a couch and love seat. They delivered it when they said they would. If you need to pay extra go somewhere else but, if you know how to actually accept a good deal go here.

What «Susie U» said on the top is 100% TRUE. Here is the scenario, no eggageration at all, can be proven if needed.
The price is reasonable but delivery is horrible, not to mention the DAMAGED GOOD, TWICE! Yeah, deal with that. Twice! I gave up and kept the damaged good. Check the merchandise b4 you pay. That’s my suggestion. Just make COD! Otherwise, you will stuck with this wound for the rest of your life.

Great variety of styles and pieces, friendly staff and decent prices too. Very happy with a few items I spotted here but ended up with needs that require something very specific. Will definitely pop back in if/​when I’m on the hunt for new furniture again.

Dealing with this place was horrible. I love the piece of furniture we got and the price was reasonable, but getting the thing delivered was ridiculous. The first day we had it scheduled for, they called in the evening to cancel, after we’d been waiting all day. The day they rescheduled for, they were just as bad. They kept pushing up the delivery time while I waited all day. Do they think they’re the only ones with a job?

Looking for something unique? I’d try Danny Furniture in Southcenter. Some of his furniture is a mix between Victorian, Chinese, and something out of I Dream of Jeannie. Fuchsia mixed with pinstripes, brocade, and bronze lacquer. There were 3 M/​F couples in the warehouse when I went and all 3 guys were drooling over these furniture sets that looked like luxury car seats. Guys drooling over furniture? Imagine that! Well, they did look like car seats. They were very cool, although not my style. I would most highly recommend the living room furniture. The bedroom sets were also very unusual (lots of marble mixed with decadent patterns). As were the dining sets — they kind of looked like they belonged on the movie set of Marie Antoinette or something. Very original. No one else will have your set if you buy it here.
I browsed Dania, Furniture Gallery, Factory Direct Furniture, Skarabogh’s (?), Thomasville, Macy’s Outlet, Bassett, and of course Ikea. Didn’t see the stuff I saw at Danny’s ANYWHERE! His prices are a bit higher than Furniture Gallery and Factory Direct Furniture (also would highly recommend these two), but WAY less than Bassett and Thomasville. If you’re in the market for that one unique piece that will offset the brown in your place, or a living room set that will WOW company, that this is the place you want to be.
The warehouse isn’t pretty, it isn’t well lighted, and there’s only one person to help you (although it is HUGE). But the selection is very unique. And, a tip: if you have your bargaining hat on, Danny might strike you a deal. Also, delivery charge is much more reasonable than competitors.
Check out their website and then visit in person. The pictures don’t do the pieces justice. I didn’t buy anything yet, but plan to when I move in a month. I’ll let you know how it turns out!
