The owner of this business stopped by to drop off his card and made some suggestions about taking care of our machine with no pressure at all. When our ice machine clunked out probably a year later, I still had his card and gave them a call. The receptionist said one of their techs was just about to head back to the office but she would tell him to stop by first. He arrived within 5 minutes and had our ice machine working within 10 minutes of that. He was very friendly and price was extremely reasonable. I wish they fixed more than ice machine!
