Don’t bother with the warranty. If the warranty company can rinky dink the repair that is EXACTLY what they will do.
I have an electric dual recliner. The metal on the frame sliced into the power cord and it quit working. I called for a claim repair. The company came out and their solution was electrical tape. They refused to fix the cord. I even argued with the repair guy. Total waste of time, money and energy.

Had a great experience with KEN after leaving another furniture store where I literally left because the customer service was SO bad!
Ken from Furniture Factory Direct was awesome! My parents had been there earlier in the day, helping me search for a love seat quick while I was at work. After work they took me by to check one out, and Ken remembered all of the details from earlier in the day, and made the whole process stress free and easy. He was very knowledgeable about the items in the store, but never felt like he was being pushy or trying to sell us something more expensive to benefit himself or the store — he made sure I got exactly what I was comfortable with!
The checkout process was great, and he went into detail about everything and explained it very clearly. I then found out he had only been working there for 3 weeks — WOW! It seemed like he had been there forever. Ken is definitely a great addition to the store. He is very engaging and friendly and a good salesman. I didn’t interact with anyone else, but it seemed like everyone was having a great time, laughing, and having fun showing their products!
I will definitely be back if I have any future furniture needs in Seattle!

Black guy named Mike was extremely rude and inattentive. I was in the middle of asking his toothless ass a question, and he stopped responding to me, gaped his mouth and started talking to his coworker all while keeping his eyes glued to his computer screen. Not only was that EXTREMELY RUDE, but it is not good salesmanship. He didn’t say, «Do you have anymore questions?» «Hey, here’s my card.» Nothing. I had to ask him HIS name. I hate being ignored, especially when I’m trying to spend money. I still tried later, and asked the crackhead looking white dude, and he said, «Mike, she gots some questions.» But Mike still seemed as if he’d rather give me quick half asked answers. I much rather have a pushy salesman than a dismissive one. I’m trying to spend money in YOUR establishment. At least have some respect. Do they hire ex cons or recovering alcoholics here? The store itself had a dingy dirty feel to it, especially downstairs. Just piles of junk, if you choose to dig, you might find something but I’m scared something will jump out at me. Upon heading up the pee smelling stairs, the second floor has the furniture. Mostly your odd colored and odd shaped mod 70s looking pleather shit, with a few adjustables, and some old tables. But if you are on a budget like I am, you might find something. Now getting the PROPER help and attentive you deserve? Good luck with that…

I was a bit skeptical walking into this place because it seems a little crazy on the first floor, but I came for the furniture so I made my way to the second floor. Mike was the salesman who greeted us once we reached the furniture floor, he was very nice and not pushy whatsoever (very refreshing!!). Mike pointed my boyfriend and I toward the furniture sets and couches on special and then allowed us to mill about the store and check things out.
Once we narrowed down our search and options, Mike helped us immensely to narrow it down even further. He was very patient and seemed extremely knowledgeable! All in all, we ended up buying a couch and matching rug.
Thank you, Mike for being awesome! I will recommend my friends and family! And my boyfriend and I will definitely be back!

We bought a couch and love seat along with a coffee table and 2 side tables. We were satisfied with the price and quality. We bought our furniture about a year ago and no problems. Heading there today to look at some more stuff. Good customer service and not pressured into buying anything.

Spent a very long time in the store. Roughly an hour and not once did we receive a single hello or offer for help during our time in the store. We found two couch/​love seat sets we were ready to purchase that day. However, the lack of service during a very slow day was unappealing. We left the store and will not be returning to the store. We took our business to the the Redmond location where we were greeted the moment we walked in the door and it was three times as busy as this location and they still took the time to say hello and offer assistance.

I was looking for new bedroom furniture. Wanted solid wood, darker color. No pressboard and no ready to assemble. I went to the showroom first and found 2 sets I really liked, but had to talk to my husband. I got home and showed him both, and originally, we decided on Sheridan style. However, I placed my order online, which showed in stock inventory… but when I got the confirmaiton email the next day, I was told it was out of stock and 6 – 8 weeks out. So that was a bust. I would have gone elsewhere, but there was that 2^nd set that we equally liked, I just liked the hardware a little better on the first set. I was able to cancel the out of stock order without a problem. So I went back and measured to make sure. I then made sure they had stock. Then went home and placed the order. It was a little sad because I had been helped by Bill at the store, but in order for him to get the sale, I had to make it at the store, and my husband wasn’t with me for his input to make sure he liked it, so I waited.
So, I placed my order online, got a set price adjustment because we didn’t want the mirror for the large dresser, and then got confirmation the next day. Yes, it was in stock. Yay! I was told in the email to contact delivery on Monday. I wasnt sure what to expect and thought I might get a run around. But they picked up on the first ring at 0730 hrs, and I got a delivery appt for later in the same week! Nice! They showed up RIGHT on time, got everything delivered and set up, and hauled away the trash. SO, it would have been 5 stars, except for the intial order hiccup, which listed in stock when it was not. I really appreciated the quick delivery and set up! Will shop there again, if I need more furniture, without hesitation.

First off I drove past this store not ever noticing it until I was actually looking for a furniture store. I decided to check it out cause I had been everywhere and I was giving up hope that I wouldn’t find a place with my budget to fill my house.
I was immediately greeted at the door just like every other furniture store however when I was greeted they told me it was commission, please ask for the same person always when I need help and they will trust to leave me alone WOW blunt and AMAZING!
It makes sense now that sales people follow cause its commission and if they leave and someone else talks to them its like stealing a customer or their paycheck.
It was true I always made sure I worked with the same person, he was down to earth, hilarious and very knowledgeable about his products. He made it way less stressful for me to fill my house,
I had been many places and even saw the same things here I saw at other places and they were much cheaper here and he explained with facts and reasons why they are the cheapest for example, they don’t advertise, I never thought of that but it makes sense how that would increase merchandise price.
Even their Manager La was absolutely amazing, kind and helpful in al ways, I tried to get a better deal but she explained to me and made me realize that I was truly getting the best deal and normally for the price I spent here I would have only been able to afford a bedroom set at other places which was true, thanks Furniture Factory Direct

Great selection, great prices, great customer service. I bought a dresser, mattress set and dining set. The prices were better than I had seen elsewhere, and everything was delivered on time and as promised. The delivery guys were polite and careful. I would definitely shop here again!

We’ve bought two products from Furniture Factory Direct, and while the overall sales process was OK, the extended warranty is a complete waste of money, and it’s dishonest of the company to continue to sell it to customers. They make their money off it and clearly don’t care about customers getting screwed by the warranty company.
We had three issues with a couch we bought, the first two were minor and we thought we’d get them fixed if something more significant happened, warranting a service call. Well, the more serious thing did happen, and it turns out the first two issues were NOT covered by the extended warranty because we didn’t report it within 90 days. It would have been nice to have been told that!
Worse, the more serious issue — the sliding armrest came off the rails — isn’t covered by the warranty. We waited months to get that answer, and the store was zero help. Even worse, when we simply said we’d PAY for the repair, we’re getting a run-​around by the store and the repair company. No one will help us get the right parts to do the repair.
Furniture Factory Direct does not stand behind the products they sell and I cannot recommend anyone buy from them.

I’m really happy with our experience here. Tawny, our salesperson, was fabulous. She wasn’t pushy, she was incredibly helpful, and she was friendly with a great sense of humor. Their selection was fantastic compared to the other stores we’d been to and the prices were reasonable.
While the particular couch we picked wasn’t immediately in stock, it arrived when they said it would, they kept us posted, and delivery was easy (and we live on the third floor!).
The couch is here, it looks beautiful, and it’s wonderfully comfortable! We’ll definitely be back the next time we need furniture!

Having purchased three couches over the last 7 years from this store, I can honestly say the quality is only okay. Recently, we had to return a chaise-​loveseat combo due to poor build quality and defective fasteners. We received a store credit and spent a bit more for a reclining loveseat with center console. We had them deliver and set it up which all seem nice and professional. However, we soon discovered fasteners in the seat frame were working themselves loose. I replaced the ones I could access easily but some were deeper into the structure. Since we purchased the 5 year warranty, I filed a claim. After submitting photos and a detailed description of the problem to the Montage Furniture Services claim site and waiting 2 weeks for them to «analyze» the data. I was notified that it would be a month before a technician could make the repair!
When I called Furniture Factory Direct (425−272−1050) to inform their customer service of the sub-​standard performance of the warranty service they contracted and to inform them I would not use or recommend their products because of it, she replied «That’s like not buying from Ford again because your State Farm is slow insurance.» Well, so much for customer service.
In summary, while the products available at FFD are decent and reasonably priced. Caveat emptor. The warranty service is slow and painful. Their customer service person needs additional training.
I won’t be shopping there again.

I had a very pleasant buying experience, I went in with a strict budget and the saleswoman Joyce wasn’t pushy at all and extremely friendly. She offered assistance when needed and didn’t hover over our shoulders! The price was almost $ 1,000 less than this exact same couch was at another store. Product had to be special ordered and we were quoted 2 – 4 weeks which was fine, and the product showed up within a week! Delivery was quick and they setup everything for me, super easy.
I would highly suggest anyone looking for furniture to shop here,

Wasn’t happy with how long it took them to deliver my item. I ordered online on nov 4^th and was told it takes 2 – 3 weeks. I really wanted my couch before thanksgiving so I thought I was giving them plenty of time. The third week comes and I write their customer service email guy. He tells me it won’t be in till the following week. I’m sad that i didn’t get the couch in the time frame that was stated. I’m giving 2 stars because I do appreciate how fast the customer service rep got back to me.
Oh yeah, wish I had looked up the couch before I bought it from them. Amazon had the same couch and promised 4 – 5 day shipping. Next time I will just go on amazon since they didn’t even have my couch in the store either

Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, they’re terrible to deal with.
After watching the delivery guys jam the couch into the door frame and scratch the leather I had to demand that they come and at least take a look and attempt to fix it.
Yes, I tried to cancel the appointment twice because I have a life… were they accommodating? Take a guess. Nope.
And they’re office coordinator or whatever she does there, Hope, obviously could give a shit about customer service. She just wants to get her job done and check boxes off her list.
I’m totally not satisfied with the damaged goods they delivered and how they’re handling the repairs and will tell everyone I know to never shop here.

After going to Ashley’s, Mor, Macy’s, etc we found ourselves here because a friend recommended it because its low cost for pretty good quality furniture for first time buyers. Maria helped us find our couch set, we love it. Its beautiful and FAIRLY priced. Maria was patient with us as we walked in circles over and over again to figure out what we wanted. The prices are SERIOUSLY unbeatable, there are same products in Ashley’s and Mor but for literally almost half the price! I cant believe I almost purchased our furniture somewhere else! I definitely recommend this place to first time buyers especially if you are tight on money. The quality isn’t the best but its definitely comfortable and beautiful. I will post up photos soon of our couches. We got a great payment plan and we picked up our furniture ourselves, which was actually really fast too, it was well wrapped up so I wasnt worried about it getting messed up with the moving.
BTW she quoted us that the furniture will arrive in 2 – 4 weeks but it arrived the week after to our surprise! But anyway EXCELLENT customer service, GREAT Products, UNBEATABLE PRICES and great value overall.

After looking at 7 Tukwila furniture stores for some dressers and coming up empty-​handed, this was my last stop. Nice to find some furniture that wasn’t massively oversized and priced more like Ikea but much nicer quality. Friendly people who weren’t too intrusive, phony or pushy. Got two dressers and had them delivered within a few days of purchase, for a $ 89 fee. Delivery guys were friendly and on time, set it up where you like and take all the shrink wrap etc. away, and they even had me talk to the office to confirm that they were on time, respectful and professional, and there were no problems with the furniture. Wow, I can think of several establishments that are much higher end that could learn some customer skills like this.
I’ll definitely check them out again for my next furniture foray.

After dealing with Mor Furniture in the past and having that experience leave me dreading furniture shopping, I was extremely skeptical coming into this place.
Right off the bat, I was impressed. While we were greeted by a friendly staff upon entering, we were not flanked by over-​eager sales people. They gave us the space to shop freely yet they were easily available for questions. After deciding which living room sets we were interested in learning more about, I was able to snag an awesome sales guy named Richard.
Richard was extremely helpful in answering our questions and making final decisions. He wasn’t pushy at all. The set we chose wasn’t in stock but Richard told me we could have it in our house within 2 – 4 weeks. I admit, I got a bit scared because Mor left me with horrible experiences in this area. However, unlike Mor, I didn’t have to give them all of the money right off. So this put me at ease and we went ahead with the order.
As promised, the furniture showed up as Richard promised, even a day or two sooner than the two week window he gave me. They called up and set up delivery with me (for a Sunday even!). The delivery guys showed up on time, they asked how I wanted the furniture arranged, unwrapped everything, took the garbage with them and even asked if I wanted to move any of it around before they left. They were quick and friendly!
I plan on going back and designing a few other rooms with these guys. Definitely a wonderful experience from the moment I walked into their showroom through the set up of my new living room. Richard was amazing!

Just wanted to write a general BEWARE to online shoppers. I bought furniture with them over a year ago online and used their Google Checkout process. This is the only time I’ve ever used Google Checkout and will be the last because it is definitely not secure. I had two different instances of fraud to my credit card after this purchase.
I received my furniture and everything was fine, but I would suggest going INTO the store if you want to maek a purchase.
One bad thing was that I ordered a bedroom set which arrived to their warehouse in a few days, and couches which took 3 weeks to arrive. Well they wanted to ship the furniture all at once so even though my bedroom set was sitting there, I had to wait 3 whole weeks with no furniture. :(
