MaidPro is a privately-held residential cleaning franchise company. MaidPro was founded in 1991 in Boston,[1] Massachusetts by Mark Kushinsky and Richard Sparacio. There are currently 106 franchise offices in over 38 states, all independently owned and operated.

My story started when I moved to Boston and started working at MaidPro’s corporate office as a manager. They have one company-owned franchise and I was in charge of running that office. When I moved back to Redmond in 2000, I wanted to open a MaidPro franchise. Since then I’ve had many accomplishments and successes within the organization. The Seattle area proved to be a great market for my business. Combined with the franchise model and some hard work, I am now one of the top franchisees in the system.
