If you like this brand buy it somewhere besides this store, especially if it is a gift. I tried to exchange a shirt that was bought by a family member. Didn’t want another style, just another size. The clerk very rudely pointed out the bottom of the reciept that said no exchanges or returns. Fair enough. I didn’t make the purchase so I wasn’t aware. The frustrating part is the person who made the purchase was told on the phone it would be ok. In addition the first salesperson I talked to sent me to the counter when I asked if I coukd make the exchange. What clothing store does this durring the holidays? Customer service is a big fat zero. Now that my blood pressure up for the morning I’m off the buy more gifts somewhere else.

Although they have nice designs, there product quality is cheap. You can plan to wear their cloth for no more than few times before they shrink to child size cloth, or their color fade. I purchased over $ 1000 of cloth from this place and end up donating about 90% of the them. I called the store and asked why the cloth shrink, they responded by saying that their cloth is not pre washed so when u buy a shirt, u should get a size or two bigger and hope that when you wash it, it becomes your size. It was very irritating to know that they new their products will not fit their customers after being washed, which make me think that they do that on purpose so u come back again. In reference to their colors fading away. When I asked they said that is normal. The sales associate tried to convince me that all cloth colors fade away after couple of washes.

I’ve gotta give this place 5 stars for holding up on their end of the bargain. Since I’m a hairstylist, I have more pairs of scissors tattooed on me than any human ever should. When I found out that M.E. was offering 20% off for life to anyone who got their scissor logo tattooed, I of course said«sure, why the hell not?» My trusty tattoo artist Justin(seattle ink & oil) gladly traded me a tattoo for a haircut and soon enough, I was inked w/the marc ecko scissor logo. Most of you would call me stupid, but when you’re looking for sales on gear, this one has saved me so much $$ over the years. I can find basic t’s, jackets, & other accessories here and can actually avoid buying the douchey t-shirts that most of you probably think of when you hear«marc ecko».

There are some crazy deals in this place. My brother-in-law found 2 hoodie sweatshirts for $ 10 each. You can’t even find Ecko at Ross, TJ Maxx, or Marshall’s for that low of a price. There were other decent deals, but not much in XL. And even if they had XL, I’m not sure it would fit me that well since sleeves on the L were already bordering on long for me. So even though I didn’t necessarily find anything here, for the price and the style, I still have to give this place a positive rating and it’ll be one of must-stops the next time I’m at this mall.

IMHO Marc Ecko is the most accessible casual, men’s designer. The Cut & Sew line is consistently cool and really reasonably priced. Hint though, take the time to go up to Tullalip and hit the outlet. Jeans for $ 30, shirts for $ 15-$ 30.

I’m not really a fan of Marc Ecko’s clothing… but I want this: So he gets 3 stars.
