New Beauty Med Spa(inside the Southcenter Mall, WA): It is obvious that customer service ISNOT their priority despite the fact that, «Spa» is included in their name. I had a five or so minute consult on 11÷8÷2013. The environment looked good, but I felt uncomfortable the minute I walked in. The receptionist and the gal I had a consult with both gave me snooty looks and I felt like they were snickering behind my back. I believe I may have had a severe language barrier because the Russian gal I had the consult with did not seem very knowledgeable about what type of Fraxel service she, herself, performs. She kept insisting that she offers«Fraxel Re: pair», which is not the case. When I made it clear that I was going to go to another office for the procedure she was snooty and walked out of the room. I have not had a service done by them, so I can’t speak to their competency, but if you want a, «spa-like» and friendly atmosphere — I would not recommend this place. I am actually going back to another doctor that is double the price, but at least I can be certain I know what I am spending my money on.

Terrible customer service. Terrible organization. You get one story from one employee and another story from another employee. It seems like going here despite the bad customer service reviews would be ok because they have a great deal? You will end up regretting it. They’ll make you wait in the lobby every time you come in, they’ll make you wait to talk to them on the phone, they may even jerk you around on the number of treatments you have left. Frankly, I can’t believe I paid them money despite reading the bad reviews. Shame on me, but you have a chance to avoid the headaches.
