Hmmm, it’s just fine. It’s clean, fast, friendly and depending on what you order, good tasting. Is it original or special? No. But I enjoyed a couple of vegan tacos, with a side of brown rice for about $ 8. I’ll take that any day, especially if I’m buying myself lunch.

While shopping, my wife and I stopped in for dinner, and ordered a couple of burritos. We both requested that the three-cheese queso be added to our burritos, but they were out, and they told us it would be 15 minutes until the next batch would be ready. We had no problem waiting, so we grabbed a couple cups of water, and took a seat. Once the next batch of queso was prepared, the woman behind the counter(I believe she was a manager of some sort) started a brand new set of burritos for us, because the old ones were cold. We didn’t even ask for this, but she was clearly committed to making our experience a positive one. She proceeded to give us plenty of everything we requested, and then she comped our burritos. While we did pay for our chips and guacamole(which we were happy to do, plus it was a different employee at the register who wasn’t aware of the entire situation), she was not required to give us our burritos for free, nor did we ask her to, yet she did. This exemplifies a culture that fosters customer loyalty and my wife and I were both extremely impressed by her professionalism and proactive attitude. All of this doesn’t even mention the fact that the food was excellent, which it was! We will certainly return to this particular franchise when we’re in the area!

After having been to this location and others, I am not what you would call a huge fan of Qdoba, but I do consider them an option for a quick veggie burrito or bowl. They definitely are better than any Taco Bell or Taco Time I have ever tried. My biggest problem I have with this location is that on a late night after work, I was on the hunt for some pico de gallo to complement a nacho project I was making at home. After trying Target and the other places attempting to be a grocery store, I remembered that not only does Qdoba have pico de gallo, but they also cater, so they must be able to sell quite a bit of it to anyone. Since I use the highly disappointing King County Metro, I walked there as my last stop on my walk home. While waiting in line, I did have serious doubts about being able to order up just the pico de gallo, but according to the menu, you can get it and chips for a price. Seems logical I can go without the chips then. When I asked if I could order pico de gallo and some guacamole in the size of cups they had on the counter, it really caught the first guy off guard. He asked me if I wanted any chips, and I declined because I felt like I could save them the hassle of giving me something I did not need. The very idea that someone would come in and order the side items there seemed to confuse him, but he served up my cups to go, and I proceeded to pay. The supervisor or manager there was equally confused by my desire to get some of their pico de gallo and guacamole. After struggling to ring something up on the register, she charged me a flat fee, and I paid a little over $ 6 for the whole deal which I felt was a fair price given my urgency and not being able to easily get to a grocery store. I was warned they would not let me do it again at that price, as if they had cut me some kind of special deal. How do they do catering without ringing up large quantities of anything? I was confused. After this event, I was paying careful attention to the pico de gallo to see if I had gotten a good value for my money. Not only was their pico de gallo good on all points of flavor, color and freshness, but just to see what I’ve been putting up with at other places, I paid careful attention to this minor detail. I have visited every major grocery store and multiple Mexican eateries throughout Washington, and as a self proclaimed dip snob, Qdoba has the best pico de gallo in all of the land. Whatever they are doing, they do it better than small bars and cafes that serve it with huevos rancheros, any deli that claims to make it fresh or bar that serves theirs with nachos. If I am ever on the prowl to get good pico de gallo, I am headed to Qdoba. I just hope they do not give me as much fuss and will continue to charge a fair price.

Good food — good portions too! Friendly service even though the place was packed and the two workers were definitely overwhelmed. The dining area was a little dirty — but only because it was so busy; a good thing! We will definitely be a repeat customers.

Out of Chipotle, Mucho Burrito, and Qdoba; Qdoba is the winner in my book. It’s Mexcian fast food so don’t expect a family owned authentic Mexican meal, but what you can expect is a higher quality than Taco Time or Taco Bell, I would call it the middle man. The average. The C grade student. Good enough for me to go to when I’m hungry. Unlike the other two establishment, Qdoba has more options than just burritos. It has tacos, quesadillas, nachos, etc. You might as well share the burrito if you get it, it’s freaking huge. I guess they have healthier options too if you are on a diet or feels too guilty of just getting done from working out at the LA Fitness next door. Tell me about your experience if you’ve been here or is going to after reading this review:)

I’ve been to this Qdoba grill a couple times. I usually go to chipotle, but like to try different burrito places. I actually like their nachos better then their burritos. Their queso sauce is really good. They have fresh grilled chicken or other meats if you prefer those. I just tried their new tacos the other night. They were different but delicious. They had 6 different type of tacos. They had chicken, pulled pork, beef even one with bacon in it. I like that they have more choices then Chipotle for their menu. One of my favorite mexican fast food places.

First of all, if you want to compare this to chipotle, don’t do it. The burritos from chipotle will always beat the burrito from Qdoba. But Qdoba offers more healthy options, and their taco salad is amazing. I’ve always walks into this Qdoba and enjoyed eating here and ordering. The staff is always friendly, and they always asked me for everything I want. They are pretty quick with making the food, and are decently generous with the food. The food is definitely healthy, and it is nice to know they have good options for healthier eating. The food is delicious and fresh. I love Qdoba’s.

I’ve never had any issues with this place. This place has a warmer feel than chipotle. I love the free guacamole and queso. The place was really busy the last time I went here(maybe since chipotle was closed ?) And even still the workers checked up on us while we were eating. It’s nice to see they actually care. Also when I was burrito building, it seemed like the lady already knew what I wanted before I said it. They were really efficient at getting everyone food when it was super busy. So yeah this place is great!

I love Qdoba! I usually come here or chipotle but what I like more about Qdoba is that guacamole is free and also they have the queso option for the burritos. Environment is nice and chill, there is AC and place seems cleanly. My main go to is the chicken burrito with queso diablo sauce and guacamole, I sometimes get the mexican gumbo which is also delish!

Qdoba charges a bit more than Chipotle, for the same basic food yet without(to my knowledge) Chipotle’s commitment to local, non-GMO, responsibly-sourced ingredients. The person who helped me was in training and went out of his way to provide great service. He served up some rice and when I asked to more he went to the kitchen to get some. I was disappointed when the staff member threw away the tortilla and rice they were already preparing for me. It was wasteful and unnecessary. I was fine with the existing tortilla — it would hardly have cooled down over the course of a minute. Hopefully this isn’t their policy, and if it isn’t hopefully they will train their staff appropriately.

Why is this place so odd? I’ve visited twice and ordered two separate items and both times they go from asking you what type of meat and then skipping everything else. Ummm if I order a burrito I’d like rice, beans, veggies and all that. Not just chicken and salsa. Thought it was just a one time deal and then returned again and they did the same thing. They brag that their guacamole is free — but good luck getting anything before it.

Ehhh. Not a fan. I’ll stick to Chipotle, or even Mucho Burrito for that matter. The prices are okay; the food you receive is well… not very good. First time I’ve been to Qdoba, and probably the last. Walking in it reminded me exactly of Mucho Burrito — same layout, same menu, same ordering style. The staff was not very friendly, much more interested in talking to the construction workers that came in seconds after me. Also, if someone says«no, I don’t want any spicy sauce on it,» usually it means don’t even put mild — which she decided to anyways, ew ew ew. Whatever, I was hoping I wouldn’t notice when I ate it, maybe it would camouflage into the rest of of the flavors(which I came to learn later, there was no flavor anyways). When it came time to pay the girl cashing me out didn’t say a word, didn’t ask if I wanted a beverage to go with it, just reached for my card(I didn’t even know the total till I got my receipt), and the other girl packaged up my burrito and literally threw it on the counter and continued her conversation with the guys behind me. Rude. The food was okay — I got just a regular old grilled chicken burrito on a flour tortilla, that was so soggy it tasted like dough, like it hadn’t even been cooked/warmed/whatever you want to call it — it was disgusting. I took my food to go but ate it out in my car, don’t ask, I’m weird. It was cold by the time I took the first bite, probably two minutes after getting into my car. It was very bland, no flavor to anything. I only ate four bites of my $ 9 burrito. It didn’t even taste fresh… The burrito was really big though, so if you’re hungry, I suppose that is the route to take if you must eat here. I’ll stick to my other favorite Mexican restaurants/fast food places, I’d rather pay a little more for quality food and polite service.

I may be still some what unfamiliar with what is or isn’t classified as authentic or semi authentic Mexican food and I hope I don’t look a fool for saying I love this place and that I think I have a better understanding of why Mexican food is so great but yes I do love this place. I know I know it’s a chain food restaurant but it’s definitely far off from taco bell if that’s any consolation. The menu is simple and you can pick what you want to add with your selection of meats(beef, chicken, pork…). I highly recommend the ancho chili BBQ burrito it’s a nice combination of sweet and spicy. The burritos are ginormous and can be shared amongst two but if your not willing to shared than I hope you come hungry cause you’ll get a mouth full Haha.

We love it here. We probably come once a month with the kids and we always find something we like, and leave full. 4 meals for about 30 bucks. The only thing I would change is sometimes the music is a bit too loud for my liking, but honestly it’s not a big deal. Will definitely keep coming back for more, and the staff is pretty nice too.

Fast, friendly, fresh, and healthy as you want it to be. I was impressed with the portion sizes and the taste of the food. My daughter and I had steak burritos and both devoured them. It loses one star because I thought the prices were a bit steep for a burrito in a fast food joint. Clean restaurant — nice employees. We will be back.

Friendly staff. I love the Mexican gumbo. Too bad we don’t have one in the Bay Area. Everything is very fresh and with great flavor. I was staying in the area and came here almost every other night.

This is your pretty typical Qdoba. The quality of the ingredients are full of flavor and the ability to customize your entrée is key! I ordered several items to-go and everyone back at the office was happy with their lunch. For the first time I ordered there taco salad, which is basically the burrito on a taco shell and some lettuce. I prefer this over just the naked burrito by far! The person that built my order was very good at his job. Great customer service, smiling personality and certainly an asset to this location! My only negative comment would be about the«Fiery Habanero Salsa» and it’s temperature. Perhaps I got a week batch but I have had spicier Jalapeños before. When I think fiery and habanero I think pain, super spicy, the hottest you can get. Definitely not the case with this Salsa. Otherwise, I enjoy Qdoba and really enjoy the Queso!

Didn’t like this Qdoba much, the guac didnt taste right in our burritos. I ordered the vegetarian burrito with the wheat tortilla, the sauteed vegetables weren’t cut with consistency like i have had with other Qdobas. it was cut half circles while other places I have gone the veggies are cut into cubes. Husband ordered chicken burrito, the chicken wasnt that flavorful. and rice didnt taste that good. Service was friendly. Overall probably wouldnt visit here again. We will stick with Chipotle here and when we visit Reno, I will visit the Qdoba there.
