Horrible customer service !!!
One girl rolled her eyes at me cuz I asked to do an even exchanged !!! I def won’t be spending none of my money in here again !!!

okkkkay so I have to admit… I have been slacking on my mack’n w/​writing my Unilocal reviews. I’m down by 3 that I should of wrote weeks ago. I yi yi. please forgive me y’all, if you were waiting on the reviews to surface to your employers.
A few weeks ago my friend & I went into Wet Seal. She had a breast cancer event to go to & needed to find some pink & black… stat!
Anyhow as I tagged along I ran into this VERY cute blue/​black romper pant suit. It was currently located on a mannequin. Naomi (I found out at check out as their customer service was so great I advised them that I would need their names so that I could get my Unilocal on about them) went straight to work walking around the store trying to find this outfit & in the correct size. At first she wasn’t having any luck, but that did NOT stop her. she kept looking until the outfit was found tucked away on another rack!
I was super excited to try it. As I looked around the store to see if there were any other garments I felt like trying on, Naomi had notified me that she would start me a fitting room. I was thankful for that. By the time I was actually ready to get in the fitting room, Naomi had got tied up with another customer who had entered the store, but that was ok because her sidekick for the day (another employee that was on the clock) was right there to assist with opening the door so I could try this try-​on adventure.
I was not satisfied how any of the clothes had looked on me. The Girls were there to ask me if anything had worked out. It didn’t but my friend that I had entered the store was able to find some cute little black shorts, so at check out. the Girls (Naomi & Amity) had continued to have superb customer service. They were a funny pair as well, so we all exchanged some chuckles. I could tell that they were friends outside of work, even though they tried to pull our big toes & tell us that they didn’t even like one another. No way baybee the chemistry/​vibe of the whole visit was too good to be true & w/​that being said so was the fact that they tried to say they didn’t know each other.
We had thanked them for the experience & said that there is more employees needed such as them because they had remarkable customer service skills. I want to say it was around the holidays as well & we all know how going to a store, especially located in a mall can be around that time of the year!
Oh yes. how could i forget to mention that they were very through at informing us of all the deals that were currently available in the store. Selected boots on sale for $ 10, BOGO for 1cent. It was just an AMAZING experience overall. Thanks Ladies!

Just had an amazing experience at Wet Seal in the Southcenter Mall! Every single girl that worked there acknowledged me at some point. There was one girl in particular that was awesome! Her name was Sarah (cute little pregnant girl) and she started a fitting room for me before I was ready to go in. She then kept checking back as I was shopping to take things I had grabbed back to my fitting room. I was doing some major shopping and she never once made me feel guilty for grabbing a million items. (which I’m sure she thought there was no way I was buying all of it and was probably dreading putting it all back) when I was ready to go in the fitting room she introduced herself and asked my name. She then came back and helped me exchanged items, and took the ones I wanted up to the cash register where they were waiting for me when I was ready to check out. I ended up spending over $ 300 and I know it was because she was so helpful and eager to grab me things! The girl at the cash register was very nice too and made sure I got all the deals they had going on. I had grabbed two tanks and she told me if I grabbed two more it would only be a couple dollars more. Anyways, great friendly atmosphere, spent over an hour shopping because I was so comfortable! I will definitely be back!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I walked in and was the ONLY ONE in the store and NO ONE said hello or anything to me. The workers talked among themselves and ignored me the whole time. I WOULD NOT go back to this store… why bother when there are other stores around the corner with friendlier service.
BOO to the girls who work here.
Update: came in here again because I was trying to find some summer dresses. They’ve really uped their customer service! Will be back more often :)

VERY RUDE PEOPLE IN HERE. I get really random service here, even checking out, they don’t say one word to me, keeps eyes down, talks to co-​worker about personal life. Doesn’t greet, doesn’t say bye.
Eh…annoying
i rarely buy clothes here,
its usually all messy inside. which gives me a headache to look for clothes.
