Stopped in many times… good menu, good beer selections… Love the potato chips… Service varies day to day…

I have been here quite a few times. I really like their burgers that is the reason I keep coming back. They have shortened the menu from years past but the burgers list is okay. They also used to feature a lot of local teams for décor but they got rid of it. They still have lots of tv’s though so you can catch your favorite team or sport. They also have a good mix of beers that they make locally. I am partial to the 71 pale ale but they have others to choose from. Make sure you sign up for their MVP rewards program to receive discounts and free food.

Love this place. Service is always fast friendly and courteous. I feel like I can bs with the Waiter’s without them being impatient. The food is good wish they had more beer options though, a good tour of local beers would be a nice addition(besides the seasonals) all in all a great place to go for lunch or dinner.

I really enjoyed the food here. However, the service is terrible. I dined here with my mom on mother’s day weekend(Saturday) & surprisingly it wasn’t busy. Our server’s name was Ana & she was very rude, stuck up, and gave off negative vibes. My mom took a while on ordering since it was her first time there & she wasn’t having it. The impression she gave was as she was annoyed that we were taking her time. Like I said it wasn’t busy at all. We finally ordered and waited for our food. The wait was about 30 minutes & I didn’t mind. When we got our food the presentation was nice & the portions were great. Then everything went downhill again. After, we received our entrees we were not a checked on. I had to flag her down just for napkins & she was so annoyed with me. I wouldn’t hassle you if you gave me napkins in the first place. Oh, it gets better. While my mom & I were dining she had the audacity to vacuum near our table. There was no mess in sight, so it was odd she was vacuuming while we were eating. We decided that it was enough and asked for our check. That’s when she brightened a little. I guess the thought we were leaving was a pleasure for her. Anyways, we got our check & she made us wait for 10 minutes. I was about to just pay in the front, but she saw me proceeding to get up out of my seat. She instantly came over and took our check. Will I dine here again? May be, but at a different location. ***** Not sure about other locations but they do offer military discount here(10%).

Not sure why this place only has 3 stars… Their food is great, the service was good, and their alcohol was reasonably priced. I’m guessing they went through some growing pains when they first opened. Wondering if the owner of the Ram is German because it seems their German foods are the best(pretzel roll, beer, honey mustard). This place is great for a drink and bite after shopping.

I believe that service should be one of the most important parts of a restaurant. The service in this restaurant is inadequate to say the least. Before we even sat down, we of course made a reservation for our party of seven. Even though there were clearly at least three empty tables that could have accommodated our party, the wait was still around twenty minutes. Next, when ordering our drinks, my daughters ordered one dirt cup, which in spite of being delicious was lacking in one of the ingredients that was listed on the menu(gummy worms). This caused my two daughters to feel conned out of the dirt cup experience. [A note from my daughters — «Seriously! Don’t mess with our gummy worms!”] My younger daughter absolutely despises American cheese — the taste reminds her of puke — and when she was asked by the waiter whether or not she would like cheese on her burger, she clearly stated«No.» This request was promptly ignored, the burger being served with cheese. She did not enjoy it. My daughters disliked their experience in this restaurant, and I think we won’t be coming again.

Good service, decent food. Not over priced. Visited here for lunch 4÷12÷2016 based on our previous experience at the RAM in Seattle’s University district last year. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The was burger flavorful, and I especially liked the ratio of bun to meat(often there is too much bun!) They were able to get our order correct, even though we had substitutions and deletions. Husband had the wrap and liked it. The fries come in a stainless steel stand with a paper cone – pretty, easy to eat from, and seems to keep the fries hot. A good place to sit and relax in the edge of the outlet mall.

For such a nice looking restaurant the food is average at best. The customer service was great! But the food, diner quality. My husband ordered the Cuban and the bread was soggy not crunchy. the Blue cheese au gratin potato’s were very bland and the Beer cheese dip tasted like it had salsa in it and was very spicy. I think we will be taking it off of our places to eat out.

Since moving to WA just over a decade ago, I have been to many dining and drinking establishments, testing thier quality of product and service. The new-ish Ram in Marysville never disappoints. We(family and friends) are there no less than once per week for meals, drinks, and/or a quick growler fill. While they are a relatively large organization, they still care for us as a smaller spot would care for its’ regulars. Rob, Ryan, Shelby, and a longer list of great folks care for us well and actually provide a level of friendship in parallel to exceptional service. As for product, Big Red IPA is my go-to, but some of the seasonals are quite tasty. They just launched a new, fresher menu at some of their stores, and the Ahi Poke Nachos have me hooked. My wife loves the cheese curds and chicken tenders, and the kids tackle the grilled chicken or kids chicken quesadilla. Mug Club is the shiznackle… well worth the annual fee. Bigger beers at a great price, plus some exclusive events through the year. All in all, one of our fave places to have a bite and a beer.

Went on a very busy Saturday early evening and the wait was only about 8 minutes. Cocktail and beer choices were great, plus had three sizes to choose from as far as the wine and beer selections. Steak was prepared exactly as ordered and mouth watering, veggies was delicious and well seasoned, and waffle fries actually better than Chik Fil A! Had the chicken nachos as well and they were yummy. The server was prompt and friendly, too. Only challenge is parking, but not enough to bring the rating down.

Given that this area is known for its beer quality the RAM brews are surprisingly weak. If you like watered down beer with very light flavor profiles this might be the place for you. If not, look elsewhere. It is a good sports bar, tv’s are hanging EVERYWHERE. I can see coming here for a game with a crowd of people but that’s about it. Food is ok, everything seems to come from the freezer and is pre made, nothing special that you cant get at any other chain restaurants.

The food is usually pretty tasty but you’ll come across many occasions where one part of your dish is fantastic and the other is just completely sub-par; i.e. awesome burger and soggy fries. Service is hit or miss at best. I’ve experienced great service and terrible service here. Sometimes you’ll walk into the bar, be greeted promptly at a table, and drinks will arrive three minutes later. Other times you will sit at the table waiting for it to be cleaned off and the server won’t even touch the table until it’s been cleaned off resulting in a eight minute gap before you can even get a drink order placed. Adding to the«service situation» that is in place is your observation of the manager just standing around, chatting, and laughing by the bar with some of the employees when they could easily go checking in on the tables and ensuring that customer service standards are being met. The food is the only reason that I would go back because there’s no point in going back for service.

First of all, I’m a huge fan of the Ram. I’ve privacy eaten at the University Village location 50 times. Alex was the best server I’ve had at the Ram. He was engaging, fast and made great recommendations. The atmosphere was busy but managed well.

Stopped in for a late lunch and very impressed. The happy hour potato sliders were amazing! Service was terrific and my glass was never empty. I had the mac & cheese with grilled chicken and loved it. On another note, this location has one of the cleanest bathrooms that I have ever seen, which I really appreciate!

We came here for Father’s Day, arrived around 6 pm with a party of 10. They were able to seat us within half an hour. Despite it being busy, we were never forgotten. The food was quick and tasty. They offered a free appetizer for all dad’s, and we had tree dad’s in our party. I had my 9 month with me and they were very accommodating, and even had a really little kids menu with crackers, cheese, and cut grapes. It can be a little pricey if everyone is ordering drinks but I’ve never had a negative experience here.

I’m a huge fan of the Ram! As good as it gets for a small chain restaurant with by far the best beer in the area without going to the very small local breweries that are only open three days a week. I’m in the mug club here which is completely worth the price if you can get in the once a year they open up membership. Fantastic food — i highly recommend the pan-seared mahi tacos and the mediterranean chicken. Their boneless wings aren’t bad but a bit sweeter than going to buffalo wild wings. Their fries are yummy(que their happy hour vampire fries [garlic and parmesan]) but they are not steak fries if that’s what you’re looking for. If you are a fan of Red Robin burgers then these may be disappointing. they often offer seasonal menus which are both good and bad. My only gripe is they got rid of their regular spinach & artichoke dip and replaced with a crap, spinach & artichoke dip but that’s because I have a shellfish allergy… before they did that their spinach & artichoke did was the best in the area… so if it ever comes back, this review will tell you it is awesome!

I usually come here after a day of shopping at the outlets since it’s at a convenient location, but this time was not a pleasant experience. I shared a santa fe burger and the food was pretty alright, but make sure to add extra mustard to the honey mustard because it was way too sweet to start. The reason i was less than impressed today was because of the service. Our waitress, though she seemed enthusiastic to be serving us, took too long to deliver our sauces and spent a little longer having conversations with her coworker rather than attending to the not so busy 4 o clock restaurant rush. Then she delivered the checks before serving us the dessert we ordered, which i found quite rude and appalling. Pretty much the only saving grace was the ice cream cupcake trio, a decadent favorite of mine and probably the only way to coax me back into this establishment.

I came here with a large group(21 people) and they were able to accommodate our party. We waited for about an hour but we were able to walk around the Outlet! Although we came on a busy holiday, the staff still manage to give great customer service. We had 2 different servers, split up in half so they can get our orders faster. I had the Mahi Mahi burger and I loved it. Everyone at my party were skeptical about it but I wanted to try it for myself. The coleslaw was such a good addition to the burger. I prefer that over lettuce and tomato any day! Also, if you have children — on Mondays if you buy one entrée you can get a kid entrée for $ 1!

I have visited 2RAM locations in the greater seattle area. One thing I can compliment them on is consistency. I love their strawberry lemonade. I swear the glass is like 32 ounces. It’s delicious. For an app we got the deluxe waffle fries. Great lunch item, but a bit heavy and large for a starter. It tends to be a bit loud; so I would not recommend it for meetings or friends that want to have a quiet conversation.

Had a great experience at Ram last week. The menu looked good and we could smell the burgers the second we walked up to the door so we were very interested. The first thing that caught our eye was the stuffed tater tots. We had an order of these and they kind of tasted like twice baked potatoes stuffed back into tater tot form. Overall they tasted delicious. I ordered the jalapeño and blackened chicken mac and cheese and I was very pleased. Crunchy texture on top but creamy underneath. Delicious! My mom had one of the burger specials, I can’t remember the name of it but it had an onion ring and chipotle sauce. It was also very good. Service was good. I would come back here if I was shopping at the outlet mall. Very hearty food so come with an appetite!

This is such a vast improvement over the other eating options at this mall — which consist mostly of fast food and fighting for a table in an inadequately sized, barren eating area. Bleh In contrast, Ram Brewery is very big, with big comfy booths, huge tv screens, mostly tuned to various sports shows. The food is fairly standard fare — burgers and basics — but the menu has a section of lower-calorie items, and a nice array of salads. My daughter had the calamari, which was nicely breaded and came with two sauces. The rest of the table had different salads, which were huge, fresh, and quite tasty. The servers were friendly and attentive. This place bustles, like the rest of the mall, on a weekend, but it’s a nice place to stop and relax and refuel.

Ram restaurant is new sport grill restaurant in premium outlet. We wanted to have quick causal lunch without driving out the outlet. This is a good place to go! Service was great and menu pretty standard of pub fare, nachos, burgers, sandwiches and pasta. As for the food, it was not that special, either deep fried or smothered in mayonnaise based sauce or both. Simply Grilled salmon — it was a bit overcooked and so perfect to have a choice of 5oz or 8 oz dish for lunch choice. The burgers we had were ok, the patty was a bit greasy and dry. I would say it’s much better than outlet food court food or buffet at casino.

The restaurant is located right in front of the promenade of Seattle Premium Outlets so it’s convenient when you’re shopping and hungry but don’t want to eat food court crap. It’s not something I would recommend to anyone wanting a good quality meal or good service. Prices aren’t too bad — not worth what you get though. We didn’t know this but if you don’t want to wait for a table you can just walk into the open seating area to the right of the host’s stand everything behind the gate at the bar is open seating and there’s a long curved table that is also open seating. It’s annoying because they don’t tell you this when you walk in they just assume that you want a table. We put our names down and left our number… they told us 15 – 20 minutes, after about 20 minutes I walked back in to see the progress and they said there were still two groups ahead of me. I looked over at the curved table and saw that there were 8 empty seats so I asked if we could just sit there and she goes«yup! that’s open seating»… oh really? you didn’t think it would be helpful to tell us at the beginning. Even if we weren’t in a rush or had time restrictions a little bit of information could have gone a long way. Once we were seated the waitress(a younger quiet girl) came over to help us. She seemed like she may have been newer or maybe it was just her personality but she was super slow — slow to bring us the cutlery after our appetizers were served, I had to ask one of the hostesses to bring me something to eat with… We had the armadillo eggs for appy — love them, but the oil was obviously old and hadn’t been changed in a while, they were SO dark on the outside. so much darker than the first time I had them chicken almond salad — beware! Most chicken salads I have in Vancouver the chicken is warm. I did not expect the chicken on this salad to be freezing cold. Honestly the salad is not that great, pretty average, drowned in dressing and there’s random rice noodles at the bottom which are super hard and not tasty at all. blackened fish tacos — my boyfriend ordered these an thought they were actually going to be «blackened» — they aren’t! tacos aren’t bad, it’s served with a ridiculous amount of rice and beans and I think two large tacos. Again not worth the price mile high mud pie — this was the best part of our visit; mostly because we both love chocolate and ice cream and dessert but really who doesn’t? It’s a huge chunk of ice cream I think almond and cookies and cream layered on top of a dark chocolate cookie crumb. We asked for no whip(just not a fan at all of whipped cream) and this item brought this review from 2 stars to 3. We asked the server to bring us a take out box, and the bill as soon as we finished ordering dessert… As you can imagine the bill was brought first, then the dessert came… and then finally after she realized we were almost done dessert she brought the take out box so we could pack up the armadillo eggs. Eat here if you desperately don’t want to eat at the food court — but lower your standards and expectations!
