History

Established in 1988.

Owned by Larry and Gib Moorhead, MAS Auto started in McFarland in 1988. We expanded to Tipton in 1995. In June 2013, we opened for business in Tulare. Both of us graduated from Tulare Union High School and have lived here in the San Joaquin Valley most of our lives.

On our trip to Denver from Fresno, One hour into our journey my daughters Ford Edge began missing so bad that she had to get off freeway. Found Frank’s Auto thru Unilocal,they were very helpful but busy, so they recommended MAS Auto. So we found our way there. Our problem was the three cylinder, no spark. Had to take off a lot of parts to get to the rear bank of cylinders but they got right to it, got us on the road in three hours. This is one awesome place everybody was so friendly and very proficient at what they do. Prices were very reasonable and work was excellent. Even though I live in Fresno this is a place I would drive the hour to get my auto work done. Thank you MAS Auto
